Bad experience

You will spend a lot of time registering and activating the merchant, and as a result, you will receive a refusal without explanation and reason. I do not recommend working with this service. Bad experience.

cards keep getting declined

I have been trying to make a purchase for the past week and my cards keep getting rejected. Three different cards, all of which I have used for international purchases. I called the bank and they assure me the cards are fine, but they keep getting rejected.
I wrote to the support email and all i got was the instructions telling me what I have already done about 5 times.
Service like this is probably affecting the clients that are paying for this service because customers like me cannot make a purchase.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, highly recommend for payment processing. We try the lot of processing companies with big names but after a few months we start to get the lot of problems, bad services, no support or just cancel our account with no reason.
Fondy is good company, quick integrations, best support on any stages.

Great Customer Support

This is my first time leaving a review, but to clarify, we're currently in the process of applying to use Fondy as our payment processor.

Earlier today, I was given a call by a truly helpful Fondy representative who guided me through the application process while gathering all relevant details.

Although we're a small business, I was treated with kindness, patience and true professionalism over the phone. My emails have also always been responded to in a timely manner.

Although we are yet to test Fondy's payment processing solutions, their support deserves recognition and praise.

Zadowolony klient

Płatności Fondy zrobiły na mnie ogromne wrażenie. Są szybkie i bezpieczne. Łatwo mogę zarządzać moją firmą z profilu sprzedawcy. BARDZO REKOMENDUJĘ!!! Opłaty są również tańsze niż w PAYPAL!!!

Declined 3 cards 15+ times. Entered correctly.. Support says "3ds password wrong" no, no it isn't wrong at all.....

Well. I assume this service would be great. If it didn't decline 3 different cards with available funds more than 3 times whilst trying to purchase merchandise from Russia whilst residing in the US. I'm extremely frustrated with this company's service. Others who waited for the merchandise to release had the same issue. I am not the only one. They say "you are incorrectly entering your 3ds password" yet in checkout they don't even have a checkbox for the card holder's name perhaps THAT'S why it isnt working? Screw this company honestly. I have contacted support and they just gave me the BS your card credentials were wrong, BS. I can read, and i can type. I can type 95+ wpm easily. This company needs to do something about this error code "2015" if it's 3ds related perhaps my bank needs to have my NAME ON CARD information in order to pay yeah????

EDIT: Fondy got in touch with me and let me know what the issue was. IT was that my bank Regions does not support Fondy's 3Dsecure process of secure transactions and since it was an overseas international purchase there may have been some issues. I did call my bank, and they said it wasn't on our end, but i looked up and realized that Regions does not support 3DS. It still doesn't really explain why the mastercard i tried didn't work but perhaps that card too isn't meant for international purchase. Thank you Fondy for your customer service and patience with my frustration. Appreciated.

we have examined the issue you had with the checkout on the Merchant's website you tried to process your payments through and yes, we can see where you attempted to make the payments with the different cards via the Google Pay option. We also can see that the payments were declined by your bank, which is the issuing bank in this case. So the error code was generated by your bank blocking the transactions.

We note that this website has numerous US customers who use the Google Pay option without issue and this looks to be a permission issue with your bank. You would need to ask them why they blocked the transactions via Google Pay.

We are sorry that this has caused you so much stress and unfortunately, it is something outside of our control but as you may well know, many US banks will block payments to Russian websites, so it would be best to seek clarification from them first.

We wish you well and hopefully you can obtain the products you seek soon.

Excellent Service.

Fondy have been processing our payments for the last year and as a small start up they have been the perfect partner. As we have scaled up operations, there support has managed all the hurdles expertly for us and have been impressed with the integration from day one.

Great support staff.

Happy to give a shout out to the support team at Fondy. Our company has been using Fondy for the last year and anytime we had an issue, their support team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and resolved problems really fast. Thankfully we haven't had many but I always feel reassured knowing that they are available to us 24/7.

I have been using Fondy for my online business

I have been using Fondy for my online business since December 2019 and I have had a great experience with them. A bit long to set up as they ask for a few papers before activation but I think this is an industry standard. Settlement is weekly but commission payments are all regular and reliable and fees are lower than other providers I work with. Good customer support and the platform is user friendly. I can definitely recommend Fondy for online payments

They are scammers

Untill now i didn't receive my money more than 6 k, they block my account with no reason, even i didn't get any info why my merchant was block and why i didn't get the payout they just keeping telling you we are waiting the response from the team about your case....... its now more than 25 days and no answers after that. They are not clear and the worst processing payments in the market avoid them and keep your money safe.

I made a mistake I didn't make research about this company first here in Trustpilot, because I f I see these bad reviews I will not be scammed, so you who is reading my review don't fall into the same trap. Their fees are higher and they don't support Amex card and I lose a lotfs payment with a theme more than 50% as their system is not reliable.

They just want to steal your money! when you start making a big number I will report them in law and pursue by law if they will not release my money

Scam and Bad service and they are clearly do not care about their customers

Bad service, withholding money and keeping a reserve, charging extra fees out of no where, stay away from this service! Go to another payment provider they will take better care of you, they also don't take Amex, and they don't disclose the bank they work with, which give you a GDPR issue as you can't justify where customer data is to your customers!

We always work on expanding the payment methods that are available but currently Amex is indeed unavailable, we hope that it will work in the future. Currently all Visa and MasterCard methods are available.
We work with multiple banks within international banking system and we uphold all required norms of GDPR, we disclose all necessary information after receiving an official request.
Caring about customers is one of our highest priorities so please tell us if you have any suggestions that we can work on to improve our services.

Do not wast your time

Do not wast your time, this company is a joke they asked you every day to provide them with a lot of papers, you think that you are approved, about 2 weeks questions answer, finally this day i received this email:
Unfortunately, cooperation with your project is not possible. Every project is checked individually, according to the inner requirements of the moderation department. If you have a different project then it will be checked separately.
My advice for you reviews reader Do not think this company is a good solution for you just keep moving to try to find a professional company to get what you need

From the wording in your response, we can assume that your business may have been subjected to enhanced due diligence checks, which means a longer onboarding process. As part of that process, there may be risks present that are not acceptable to our payment partners and unfortunately, we are left with no option but to decline the application. We understand that this can be frustrating for all parties involved but we will never ever circumvent regulations to win customers.

The Fondy.eu reject my card

I have a visa card from N26 bank. The Fondy.eu reject my card, but before I have never an issue with any payments for fly tickets or book a car/hotel.

Avoid this company not serious / safe

Avoid this company not serious.
This company have bad problem at verification process.. as they request many documents for nothing..

What i didn’t liked is the way ask too personal info about the project..

They keep you waiting for 10 days or more and after without any reason they reject the approves..
P.S We talk about a legal service.

!!!Unfortunately we are not able to sign any agreement due to our acquiring banks' restrictions. We are very sorry about that, we hope you understand and apologise for any inconvenience caused!!!

Just move to a serious company stripe and all is ok.
