The tracking I received did not work, I emailed the company multiple times and received no response, and when the package finally arrived it was shipped from China and looked like a low-cost AliExpress product rather than the premium item advertised. The colour on my phone case started peeling off after only a short period of normal use, making it look worn very quickly.

I purchased a case, and although their email stated that tracking information would arrive within 24 hours, several days have passed without any update. I have attempted to contact them via email regarding both the significant delivery delay and a request for a return, but I have received no response. Furthermore, these products are quite expensive, especially considering that identical items of the same quality can often be found on Chinese websites for a lower price. I would suggest considering other retailers for your purchases, as you may find better value elsewhere.

Sent the wrong case and has not replied to any email regarding rectifying the issue

I HAVE PAID FOR A PHONECASE BUT NEVER, NEVER,NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS. THEIR TRACKING IS NOT EXCISTING OTHER THEN THAT THE ORDER IS IN PROCES WITH THE ORDER DATE. THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL, JUST FLATLINE!!!!

I ordered a case that mentioned 'genuine leather' multiple times on their site. 'Full-grain' mentioned too. It is NOT it is PLASTIC. They are misleading customers like me and I have not heard from them regarding a refund

Likes: Magsafe ring really holds well. My other Magsafe case would sometimes fall off the windshield mount if I hit a bump. Not THIS case. Also, the cover screen seems sensitive to the touch more so than my other case. Material and craftsmanship seems average (on par) with most cases for this phone. And I like the pen feature, as I always use a pen with my phone, now. The pen is well made (and thin). The tip seems to be replaceable but I haven't found out where to get tips, yet. Finally, the kickstand works well, so far.
Dislikes: Delivery took weeks as it was shipped out of China. The first case I ordered broke within 2 weeks. The hinge pins are very thin (maybe a poor design since this is a pressure area when the phone is open in your hand) and broke off, leaving the pen holder/hinge cover flapping and then falling off, completely. Also, the magnets on the hinge cover, that keep it closed, we're too weak and the cover would frequently open on its own. I contacted support. It took 8 days for a response. They asked a couple of questions and then offered a replacement case and a partial store credit. Another week went by with no contact. I sent followup email. Nothing. Two weeks went by and I got an apology for the delay. I was told I would get a tracking number right away. 4 days later, nothing. Another follow up email went out. I received another apology. Finally, month went by and I got the replacement case. While sincere, customer support is lacking with this company. One last critique... The pen is difficult to remove easily. I have to open the hinge cover, pinch the outside and inside on the pen and push it up to the slide it out of the holder. The upside is that it won't fall out on its own.

In summary, it's a decent case. They lack color options (my choices were black or black). 🙁 The hinge design is unchanged but the magnets hold it closed, so there's that improvement. The pen is nice but if there are no replacement tips available then it's usefulness will be very short lived.

Cases are absolute garbage. I had my case for about 3 months before it really started to fall apart. Not to mention they're expensive for such a terrible product.

Customer service was also unresponsive.

Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a case from here. Then noticed the delivery terms were 7-10 business days and had to buy a cheaper case from Amazon to protect my phone in the meantime.

When the case arrived the outside of the case was covered in Chinese characters and mentioned AliExpress UK. When I opened the package up the screen protector was shattered, and the case was no better than the one I'd got off Amazon.

Ran a search for cases on AliExpress UK, and lo and behold, most of their products are available there for a fraction of the price.

Given the lead time, and direct nature of the packaging, and the quality of the product, it's pretty clear this is a dropshipping enterprise charging a massive markup on cheap imports.

In their defence, they have been responsive to my complaint, but I'd still argue best avoided.
