Wow, what else can I say? I requested some fabric samples which they sent out free of charge. I then ordered a window seat on Sunday night, it was delivered by Friday. It’s an amazing fit, well made, lovely fabric and free delivery. I couldn’t be happier as I was expecting it to take three weeks. Well done, top class service.

I had my sofa cushions filled and received it today, well packed, secure and a lovely DHL driver delivered.
I am so pleased with the work the boys have done that I recommend Foam Superstore without a doubt to everyone whose looking to get this job done.
Tracey is a brilliant staff member whose patient and understanding.

Placed my order and unfortunately got one measurement wrong. Called and mailed first thing in the morning and the changed was noted and I was informed. Really quick delivery and both foam cushions were as ordered with the correct dimensions. Really happy with product, service and price.

Cushions arrived on time. Sadly that is the only good thing I can say. One of the items is short by 2cm, zips don’t run in straight line, edging is on the side, then it’s on the top. All over the place. Rather than send a replacement first they want the them back so would have to do without seating for months on end (read previous reviews to discover that this would happen ) Different company representatives say different things at different times. Thought value was good but you get what you pay for. not good quality

Ordered 24 foams for my Yacht, everyone a different size. Sent templates for them to cut from. A teeny issue (complex order so not surprising) but was rectified and sorted quickly. Tracey has been amazing throughout. Would definitely use this company again.

Ordered on the Monday evening and it was delivered the following Thursday morning.

Quality foam, easily ordered from their online shop and delivered in a couple of days. Superb!

I feel sad that I feel the need to write this review since the reason I thought I would take the risk placing an order with this company (despite the terrible reviews on this site just before I placed my order) was because I fell in love with one of the materials they offered and it is a small family run business from what I could gather. Unfortunately in my case, this meant the service was terrible!
Placed an order on 1 Jul 2021, arrived 17 Aug 2021 to the wrong dimensions. I asked them to collect this and replace to the correct size which they agreed to. Then after me chasing them multiple times for the replacement and them confirming it would be on its way soon, they said on the 8 Sep 2021 that the material was no longer in stock. By now, I have painted my wall to match this material and had a joiner build in shelfs and a bench. Then when I suggested they could perhaps manage to salvage the original order as it was too big as opposed to too small, they started saying there was nothing wrong with the original order and I should pay them a further £27 to have it sent back to me as it was. I felt this was extortion and they were playing on the fact that I was desperate to receive that material. However, this was the last straw and I asked them for a refund. It then took them 13 days to process said refund. STEER CLEAR!

I ordered five pieces of foam, but put the dimensions wrong. I rang customer service and helped me out without any problems. Received my foam today and it was just what I ordered. Would highly recommend this company

If I could give this company no stars i would. Do not waste your money, I've been waiting 3 months now for my order and after no correspondence, then receiving snotty emails to say "the disclaimer on their website says it is 40 working days for production..." Yet this disclaimer was added 3 weeks after I placed my order.
COMPLETE CON MERCHANTS, use a reputable company.

The website was really easy to navigate and find what I wanted. It's clear what the delivery time is from the home page
Although my order was delayed slightly the customer service was excellent when I rang and asked for an update.
The cushions look and feel better than the original cushions and well worth the slightly extended wait.
Once my order had been dispatched to me I had an email with tracking details.
The cushion cover collection service is brilliant and had I not used it I'd have most likely got my order requirements wrong. I'm delighted with my cushions

Still waiting for an order made in March.
Contacted them in may - they stated order would arrive in a week. 3 weeks later and still waiting.

Poor correspondence.

No refund received yet and no foam. Very disappointed.

Don’t bother. Total waste of time. Use a good company instead.

Ordered 1 piece of foam for a footstool repair.
after a week of no communication and no foam delivered I emailed only to find out it was on a 15 day lead time.

nothing when ordering...happy to take my money.

if like me you need upholstery material quite quickly...may want to give this company a miss.

15 days for 1 small piece of foam, I wonder how long I would have to wait for a bigger order?
15 days later and received an email saying they are behind in shipping.awful service. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY WITH SO MANY BETTER ONES OUT THERE.
