Very bad experience. I booked pillows but returned due to height issue. Buy they changed money for opening polythene cover. Still i didn't get i money back. Worst service

First of all considering the price of the product (Elegant Pillow 24 x 16 x 6"inch (60 x 40 x 15 cm) and especially buying it from the company web site, the packing was unsatisfactory, it was packed in an ordinary plastic cover with the company logo on it, other than the courier bag; in comparison to the same product that is packed in a company carton on other E-commerce sites that I checked, later.

Secondly the company claims a warranty of one year with no specific details mentioned on the card that accompanied the Pillow, except that the buyer will have to Bear the cost of return shipping.

Within a couple of nights(not even a week, 2/3 nights) usage of the pillow, the pillow shrunk by more than an inch and continuing which is uncommon considering it to be latex pillow. The same was addressed to customer support immediately thru email and also an inquiry submitted on the company web page with no response, finally was able to contact a representative on What’s app(sending the picture of the shrunk pillow) and call, after multiple attempts. Until now I have not received any communication from the company or its representative of the QUESTIONABLE PILLOW UNDER WARRANTY.

I presume I made a mistake buying the pillow from the company website. If the pillow was bought from any of the leading Ecommerce sites, I would NEVER have faced this kind of delay in returns / replacements at all.

P.S Latex pillows do shrink over a period of time depending on usage; not within a couple of nights usage, which certainly directs it towards a manufacturing defect.

I already had back pain issue So I purchased orthopedic bed... but after sleeping in bed create more backpain only... which added additional medical expenses of Rs 10000 only... worst quality bed...

The mattress as expected is good, delivery was also fast.

I have made several purchases. In spite of my repeated requests, Foams India not obliged to my request of giving cloth on chargable basis

It's too hard and I felt that it's not so cool as advertised. I mean it also feels like it's heating up or reflecting heat

After reading a reasonable number of positive reviews about latex foam, and since my three sofa mattresses needed replacement, I contacted Foams India for custom size mattresses. First ordered a medium firm 'Pearl Mattress' which is supposedly medium firm (80 density) to try out, and after receiving it, wanted to try out their Ortho 90 density (Extra firm) mattress hence ordered that one. Delivery in both cases was about 4 working days each, and the mattress quality was decent, however the fit and finish, and stitching of the fabric was loose with a lot of stray stitches.

Anyway, for my third mattress, I decided to order the Pearl mattress of 80 Density as the ortho 90D in 2 inch thickness was too firm for me. Despite being assured of the item being shipped within 2 working days, it was not shipped until 5 working days later. On receiving it, I immediately noticed that it was harder and heavier than the other pearl mattress I had and immediately informed Foams India that they had shipped me an ortho mattress and not the one I had ordered!

The torture began then with the non existent customer support and unethical practices at this company then reared its ugly head! The sales team kept acknowledging the issue and saying they'll get back with an update but never did despite daily calls from my end. Its been a week now( and three weeks since I made the payment) , and after threatening legal action, and requesting to speak to someone from management, a Mr Jaya Kumar who is supposedly the Ceo, came on the line and refused to acknowledge that they sent a wrong product, claimed that their products are the best, and that they will not take any responsibility for sending a wrong product nor would take any measures to sort the issue.

I shudder to think what would happen if there ever was a warranty issue that had to be claimed from the supposedly 15yr long warranty that this company claims to offer!

On the other hand, I have purchased bedding products from Wakefit and Morning Owl and had hassle free returns and replacements. Do not fall for the 5* reviews online for this company as you'll regret it if you ever need any after sales support. I am now stuck with a mattress I never ordered! Calls, texts and emails remain unanswered...

We have been sleeping on a very old mattress for many years, I was so tired of waking up at 3 a.m in back pain. I started doing research on finding the best mattress, but decided I wanted some type of natural latex mattress. The fumes alone from memory foam toppers instantly makes my face feel like I had grease on it, I definitely knew I did not want to experience that again. After a long process I noticed I kept going back and taking a closer look at the Foams India's Mattress. So I reached out to them to ask a few questions ,after all buying a new mattress is a huge investment, so I was nervous to make a leap with an online purchase. I have to say I was so impressed by there quick and friendly response to every question I had even there thoughts on another brand I had been looking at. The first night was rough and I expected that, but the second night was a Dream! and every night since. I look forward to going to bed each night and no more back pain. this is an excellent mattress and I am so happy I made the decision to purchase an Foams India's Mattress. I even splurged and purchased the pillows. Amazing!!
