I was very suspicious about this online travel agency and very worried when payment by my credit card was
denied. I was afraid to be a victim of a scam. It appears that everything is going well. Thank you!

The agent was very helpful. He found a great ticket at a great price. So thankful!

Mila helped me with complicated request I wouldn’t be able to do myself, flights for the people from different countries, one of those is under strong sanctions, with one stop at one place at the same time. Highly recommend.

Ken D. was super helpful when we were booking for our trip. He was patient, understandable, and polite. It was so easy having his help and we're very grateful that he found us cheaper flights and was there for us through the whole time.

Bree E. was awesome! We spoke over the phone, she emailed the bookings options to choose, purchase the ticket, and in few hours it’s done.

With few time left & rushing to get a reasonable ticket deals to save few dollars as plane tickets are increasing every hours & day. She did it quick with good customer service. I would surely recommend her and use for my future trips.

We had a great experience to buy a ticket with Fly Vagary Team. Great price and connection. It was a pleasure to communicate with Mario.

Todd help us in finding the cheapest airfare. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and understanding about our request airfare information.

Todd was very helpful and quick, he don't waste no time. Great customer service. I would recommend him to my family and friend.

The FlyVagary agent was very patient and persistent until he found what worked for us. We had to arrive in Japan October 11th and not before. We needed to arrive no later than the 14th for our son's and his family's schedule. That combined with trying to find lower prices became very challenging. However, in the end, we found what we needed.

Kirsten Clark was very professional and patient with me. She took her time and explained everything to me. Even if she had to repeat things to me so I would understand. She is also very polite to talk to. I have never booked a flight before. she made it comfortable to talk to and make my decisions.

Agent was professional, courtesy and make the booking easy. I'm grateful and appreciate his help in timely manner

It was a wonderful experience speaking with the staff and the process was quite easy and fast.

Bree provided exceptional service and was very patient in explaining some issues I had with changing my flight. She worked hard to provide the best options for me and was always very accommodating wherever I messaged. My flight to Greece was a success and although I was skeptical at first, I’d highly recommend this service and Bree as your agent!

Hello Roxy
I Have to say, this trip was a disaster!! Do you realize u never booked our seats together on any of the flights?
Last time we use your company for future flights to Spain. Also American Airlines we will never fly again. Their COVID restrictions are unrealistic and have nothing to do with international travel. We missed our first flight due to them demanding we have a Q code filled out. Not needed in the United States. Only entry into Spain. When we got there!!
We lost 2 days of our trip along with stolen jewelry and clothes from our luggage. Who steals clothes????😡😡😡 we will be filing a claim agains your company and American Airlines. We have never flown with them and never will again. Ever!!! Nor will we book with you again. It not only affected us who were flying but also my family on the other end in Spain.

If you have a link to the complaint dept please share. If not I’ll call and find out who to call

I was called back as I had requested, and helped to get what I believed was the best available ticket, working out the kinks until the ticket was paid for.
