Missing item, zero customer support response

I ordered the Buda Ball and Py (Order FLY10679). The package arrived with only the Buda Ball — the Py was completely missing.
I emailed their support on March 10th with full details. Four days later, not a single response. No acknowledgment, no automated reply, nothing.
I then submitted a contact form on their website as a follow-up. Still waiting.
Looking at other reviews here, this appears to be a pattern — ignored emails, missing items, no accountability. For a brand positioning itself as premium, this level of customer service is inexcusable.
Currently in the process of initiating a chargeback through my payment provider. Would not recommend purchasing from Flyte until their support issues are resolved.

I purchased a Lyfe Planter from Flyte…

I purchased a Lyfe Planter from Flyte but the item arrived defective — the magnetic base produced a loud hissing/clicking sound and the planter would not remain levitated.

I reported the issue immediately and provided video evidence at the company’s request.
Flyte acknowledged the defect and discussed replacement, but resolution was delayed for several months and no working replacement or refund was provided.

I am sharing this experience so that other buyers can make an informed decision and consider the potential difficulty of obtaining support or refunds if a product arrives defective.

Questionable transparency: no official address, no phone number, return ignored

My Flyte product failed after just 18 months. Support told me to send it in—my parcel was accepted on the very last possible day. They then asked for my order number, and since then there has been no response despite multiple follow-ups. My property remains with Flyte, with no repair, no replacement, and I’m left covering the shipping costs.

What’s especially concerning:

No clearly listed, serviceable business address on the website

No telephone number—only a form/email

Unreliable communication, messages go unanswered

For a brand marketed as “premium,” this comes across as untrustworthy: poor transparency, no reliable contact options, and zero customer care when something goes wrong. Never again.

Stole $500. No refund.

Pre-ordered on kickstarter. Owner says they didn’t get my address so they didn’t ship it. They also will not refund my payment or ship now. That is $504 US that they kept and sent nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

No customer service! No telephone number. No answers on emails. No reaction on their own contact form.

The lamp I ordered didn't work. I have no chance of giving it back.

Extremely Disappointed-Poor Service, Zero Follow Through

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. I placed an order as a gift, and it took over a week just for the company to confirm receipt of my request. Unfortunately, the recipient didn’t care for the item, so I reached out immediately—well within the 30-day return window.

I was told they would accept the return and send a shipping label, with the return shipping cost deducted from my refund. I agreed and asked for the label. That was the last time they followed through on anything.

Despite reaching out FOUR separate times, I never received the return label. No resolution, no accountability—just silence.

This kind of poor customer service is exactly why small businesses lose out to companies like Amazon. I wanted to support a smaller shop, but this was a mistake. Save yourself the hassle—shop elsewhere.

Ho acquistato una lampada a lievitazione di Flyte modello Manhattan ed è stupenda! Il prezzo sicuramente un po’ alto … ma l’effetto WOW é straordinario. Se volete fare un regalo che lasci a bocca aperta é l’oggetto giusto! La trovate anche su Amazon! Mi è arrivata in circa 5 giorni!

Not received and don't assume

After buying a product for Christmas, I see that the product is deliver. I contact Fedex and Flyte in order to understand what's happened. They say they have deliver the product to the entrance. Whereas I was home all day.
Of course Flyte mentioned it's deliver and not his probleme. This product was christmas. I won't have it on time and the service support for flight is not good.

Hope I will get a refund otherwise dont trust them they are thief.
