I've met some brilliant people who I never would have met without Flynt.

I love chatting to people, understanding how they see the world and what they ultimately LOVE doing. Every person I've matched with so far has been super switched on and I'm always looking forward to who I might bump into next!

I absolutely love Flynt! After using it for a few months, I can say it’s the most stress-free way to meet new people in the industry. The conversations are always valuable and never awkward. I’ve made some fantastic connections already!

I’ve been using Flynt for a while now, and what I appreciate most is that conversations never feel transactional or forced. You’re matched with people you probably wouldn’t had a 1:1 converstion with otherwise and the discussions always end up being genuinely insightful. I’ve had chats that gave me fresh perspectives on work, creativity, career growth, and even more confidence in my own skills by exchanging knowledge and my experiences with others.

The structure and prompts help break the ice naturally, so it feels more like connecting with an interesting person than “networking.”

Connecting once a month on a friday works really well! — enough time to make it meaningful without it becoming overwhelming.

I started using Flynt a few months ago when I was matched with someone I already knew. We ended up having one the best conversations we've had - the guided questions worked as a springboard to get us in the flow and towards the end of the chat I felt that I knew this person so much more. I've had a few amazing conversations since then, being matched with interesting people, and I feel like having a quality chat about career and personal aspirations has become a great way to spend 45 min on a Friday every month.

I've been using Flynt for coming up to a year now, and it's redefined networking for me. I've always found it really difficult to talk about myself and my strengths, and one of the things I love about Flynt is that it's taken that pressure away by gamifying the profile building process and making it fun instead of intimidating. I've had multiple matches over the past few months, and each one feels like a chat with a new friend - you start off with some common ground (thanks to good matching) but there's also a lot of room to learn from each other, whether that's because you're from different industries or have a similar problem with different approaches. It's a very considered platform, and I can't recommend Flynt enough :)

Loving Flynt, it's always interesting connecting with new people and swapping ideas. The once a month cadence is perfect too, fits nicely into my schedule.

I wasn't able to make it to the last in person meetup but solidly going to try the next one!

It's such a great way to connect organically with people in the design space for me. I enjoy the conversations when I meet the match and look forward to the next time I connect with new matches. I love the element of surprise of not knowing who I'm going to be meeting until the reveal day. I invited my friend who is a BI analyst through the VIP Passes I was allocated to join and she absolutely loves it as well.

Flynt has been what LinkedIn should be for me. The ability to connect and actually meet with people that share skills, experience or challenges that professionally can eye opening is truly valuable.

Being new to a country and running a business while trying to connect with people can be really tough if networking isn’t your thing. Flynt has given me the space to connect with people on my own schedule, by jumping online and talking with people I might not have reached otherwise, whether they were not in my network or not in close proximity.

The conversations I’ve had have been fruitful, both personally and professionally. I’ve built a network of trusted people, and I feel like I actually have space to connect, which has been brilliant. I think there’s definitely a need for something like this, especially for women, in a space where they feel comfortable chatting with people!
