I got the dress!! I got the dress!!

First off I was terrified(!)after reading some of these reviews. I had already purchased the dress and thought this is a scam I will never get it it will be wrong this is terrible etc etc BUT let me tell you how MY experience has been. To be fair, it took a long time to get shipped and get to me. I ordered it September 17 and received it this morning. Relief that I even got it was my first feeling because the tracking on this garment was way off. Hence the 4 star rating.
So I opened the package and there she was! The dress I ordered. Not a mix up with the sku the actual dress I ordered and the correct size. Second wave of relief. Now for the real test! Does not have a strong chemical smell (if you order from Temu or overseas you know what I’m saying) so I shook it out and put her on!
When I got myself situated in this dress and turned to the mirror I could not have been happier you guys! She is beautiful and flows and fits perfectly even without the spanx and bra underneath! I spun and I twirled and I smiled giving blessings to whomever was involved in getting this dress to me. Seriously.
It’s beautiful and it is all I’d hoped it would be. I’m so thankful and grateful for it working out when for so many others it did not, according to the reviews. I know people tend to only put negative reviews so we have to take that in to account. I’m a real person, made a real purchase, and am writing this review for someone who may be on the fence as to whether or not to buy flycurvy. They sent me discount code along with the dress and after I finish this up I’m going right back to that website and putting it to use. There were numerous beautiful dresses I saved in my cart but I wanted to see how the first dress looked before I bought them. If you read this whole thing, wow!
Now get off here and go order that dress!

Well

Well, my card has no holds on it, and I had plenty money to buy two dresses. I was about to purchase them when the website must have a bug or something because I have purchased plenty things online in my day. LOL it kept being rejected. I check and checked my own typing etc. nothing was wrong. Called my bank and they said my card was fine. Soooo..... what gives? Their user interface must have bugs in the software. Good thing otherwise I would not have found out that they don't ship out quickly and I would not have the stuff for the event I want at the end of the month. I guess it's a good thing their stuff don't work to order for me. LOL. saved me the hassle of being ticked off later. (Dresses look very nice. I wish more suppliers made patterns like them.) Might try again later and see if the bugs have been worked out for other clothes on a later date but not right now.

I purchased 3 items on sept 9th.

I purchased 3 items on sept 9th.. and I still have yet to received them.. I need them for this Saturday for my birthday party. The dresses are really Beautiful and im hoping they come by then. I've been tracking the orders and the last time they were updated was the 27th saying it was received at the USA port. It's already the 30th and I'm hoping it's in route to my place.

Cheap and cheerful.

I ordered three dresses for a December wedding and received them really quite quickly. The dresses were inexpensive so my expectations were reserved. I think I have reasonable value for the money spent. The dresses are reasonable quality, fit is bigger than the size chart and workmanship is probably average. The dresses all resemble their pictures but probably are not the best fabrics to recreate an exact image. I'm a sewer so will be able to upgrade them all to give me what I had hoped for. All this said I do feel I got what I paid for.

My review is based on timeliness

My review is based on timeliness. I have still not received my order from Sept 4th which is expected as the site states it can take 10-20 BUSINESS days to receive AFTER shipping NOT after purchase. Weekends don’t count. It’s now Sept 26th. I didn’t receive an official shipping confirmation until Sept 17th. This dress didn’t even leave the warehouse until Sept 14th-10 days after I placed the order. With how long it takes to even leave the warehouse itself it’ll take well over a month to receive. Let this review be a warning to whomever needs a dress for an event. Plan for an order from Flycurvy to take FOREVER to get to you. Order at the very least 2 months in advance. From now on I’ll order off Amazon. This dress won’t be here in time for family pictures.

Not the best quality, won't buy again

I've ordered twice from this company now and honestly the dresses were not the best quality. They were cheaply made and didn't look quite like the pictures on the website. Considering they took so long to 'make' the dresses I had hoped for a little better. Won't be using them again.

Frauds

Frauds. Said it was 100% refund if canceled in 24 hrs. I cancelled in minutes they said it had already been sent even thought their website said "awaiting shipping" I reached out again they said refund is only 50% of what I paid and I have to pay to ship it back to them that is ridiculous!!!....Haha and today 9/17 just got an email that it was shipped when they told me 4 days ago it was already shipped. Just lies and false advertisement promising easy refunds and cancelation!

I would not buy from this company…

I would not buy from this company again. Says they’re located in NY but merchandise comes from China and is not delivered on time. They give you a tranumber but you have to pay for the app to track. Poor customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU INTEND ON KEEPING WHAT YOU ORDERED.
I purchased 3 dresses for my sisters wedding because I wasn’t sure which one I was going to like best after I tried them on.
I went to return the two dresses I did not want… first of all, returns aren’t easy like they’re advertised. You have to email the support team to request a return, and then they offered for me to keep the dresses and get a 40% refund of total in store credit… in order to get a “full refund” you have to PAY to send the items back… it cost me $53 to ship back 2 dresses to company!!!!! That’s about how much I paid for the dress in the first place!!
In my opinion, It’s not worth it. Look elsewhere!

Regarding the return shipping, we understand that this may have been an additional inconvenience to you. However, as per our policy, we require all customers to cover the return shipping cost. We understand that this may not be ideal but it is a necessary policy to ensure that we can continue offering affordable prices.

Besides, we require returns for a full refund to be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. However, we do offer a partial refund for certain situations where returning the product may not be possible or practical.

I purchased a curve mother of the bride.

I purchased a curve mother of the bride chiffon and lace dress. I was apprehensive the cut would be a little tight but I’m pleased to say the dress fits perfectly with a little room to spare. The service was great and the quality is lovely. I’m very pleased indeed and would not hesitate to buy again. Items take a couple of weeks to arrive so I suggest ordering in plenty of time. Horrible Company! AVOID!

Horrible! Please do yourself a favor and save your money and avoid at all costs! Horrible fabric. Never like it’s pictured. No defined waist. None of the garments are completed or even hemmed. Worst ever! Order FC00631825

I ordered two outfits for a formal…

I ordered two outfits for a formal function. They never arrived so I reordered them as this was an extremely important date. They never came so I ordered from a different company. Now I am being charged $207.94 for items I never received. This is fraud I would never order from this company again their resolution is to keep billing me for things I did not receive. No phone number to call and speak to someone. Horrible customer service I am going to file with the Better Buisness Bureau and the Attorney General as this is Fraud! I have contacted them to get this refunded and they are not helping me in any way! I did not receive anything I should not be charged.

WHAT WENT WRONG??

WHAT WENT WRONG??? I will tell you.. For my son's wedding, I ordered a lovely gold colored knee length dress with a beautiful soft transparent gold and beige outer covering accompanied with a gold belt. What I received?? I got a COMPLETELY different tacky design dress with pink flowers all over it and a short badly made gold outer jacket! The only thing they got right was my ADDRESS and the TIMING and receiving my MONEY! I threw the dress in a thrift store drop off sack that I keep in the back of my closet! NEVER AGAIN! Thank Goodness i was smart enough to get proper dresses for a "Just in case" situation!
