Johnny is a great agent; I'll keep using him!
I have booked flights with Johnny a few times so I sent an email to him explaining what I wanted this time. He responded quickly and suggested flights that would meet my needs. I asked if he could find an earlier flight and he came back to me again quickly with an earlier flight but he said if there were any delays we might not make that flight so I decided to go with his original recommendation. He secured better flights for me than I had looked at with another company and better still they were First/business class flights for only $600 more than we would have paid for the economy flights. I can't thank him enough.
