Great service. Some confusion over needs and budget. A little high pressure over insurance and current deal only lasting a short period of time. I hate pressure tactics. Hence lower rating. Overall good deal, I believe. First timing flying business so future purchases will reveal if it was or not.

My wife and I were looking for business class seats for an upcoming cruise trip in Europe this summer. After dealing with several other sites for over a week and getting the runaround, with offers that never materialized, I finally contacted Fly Business and had a wonderful trip planned for us by Johnny Hill, taking into account all of the conditions that we had for our trip.
