Top service!
I have ordered a sample to see how their 6-pack box fits my jars, and paid for shipping during checkout. The next thing I know, I get a refund for the shipping along with a personal e-mail from the CEO, letting me know that the shipping should in fact have been entirely free. That is five star service. Thanks, Heeva!
