I have sent countless eBay messages and even contacted them on their support email. Definitely the worst experience I had buying game codes. ZERO COMMUNICATION.

It fast and easy, I usually get concerned about unusually low prices as scam sites but was surprised to find that the apex legends lifeline edition actually arrived in my email it was 3 pounds but it's 20 of the Microsoft store.
