This is a brilliant producer making superb and genuinely useful devices that aid productivity. I have the Scribe, its charging case and notebook and pen refills. I have just ordered the Folio, notepad refills and charging cables for the Scribe. Flowtica's manufacturing standards are of the highest order. When I raised a number of issues with the excellent staff, such as incompatibility of the Scribe's app with my computer's os and the lack of a dark mode, they were very receptive. Jacinth of Fowtica's Customer Support Team passed my comments to the development team without making any unrealistic promises. She even refunded the difference between what I paid and the sale price because I was idiotic enough to forget to enter the discount code at payment. I could not be happier with this company, its staff and the high standards of its products and of its business ethics. I am happy to recommend a purchase!

Returned it. Still waiting for my refund. Sketchy operation. Pen is disappointing. Not as advertised. Don’t buy it

Customer service is 100% in helping resolve the delivery issue with the shipping service and the replacement arrived in a timely manner. Today I used the product for the first time in an open warehouse setting and the meeting summary and notes were satisfactory. Have not try using it with non-English language settings.

I don't do this often, so that says a lot right there. This device is amazing. What I love about it is the human interaction. It allows me to push the highlight button when something important is said. And the way it's able to use that when creating the summary is very helpful. it will also highlight the text in the transcribed audio which has been very useful to go back and listen to just that statement again. I love this so much i bought my daughter one for college so she can still write her notes, but she doesn't have to miss something when she is writing something important down. And there customer service, well, they set the bar. They are oustanding. When others see me using this and ask about it that have a meeting recording device themselves, they regret not getting this one. They just have the one that records the meeting. You can tell, they really invented this device the right way but thinking of the end user first. Well done.

As a Kickstarter backer, I've been very happy with Flowtica and how the product has evolved. One of the things I appreciate most is its ease of use. The app is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to get started and stay productive without a steep learning curve.

A feature I particularly value is the flexibility to use the Flowtica app both with and without the Scribe device. Whether I'm capturing notes with the Scribe or simply using the app on my phone, the experience is seamless and convenient.

The transcript and summary capabilities are also impressive. The accuracy of the transcriptions is consistently high, and the AI-generated summaries do an excellent job of capturing the key points, saving me a significant amount of time when reviewing meetings and notes.

I also had a technical issue at one point and was very impressed with Flowtica's customer support. The team responded promptly, communicated clearly, and helped resolve the problem quickly. It's reassuring to know that support is readily available when needed.

Overall, Flowtica has delivered on its promises, and my experience as a Kickstarter backer has been very positive. If you're looking for an easy-to-use note-taking and transcription solution with excellent support and accurate AI-powered summaries, I would highly recommend giving Flowtica a try.

I absolutely love this pen and app that goes with it. Like others have said, I too have ADHD and this pen helps me tremendously with work. This fills in the blanks of the areas I can’t remember especially when it comes to work. There are so many times I’ve used the pen and then read the summary and said “oh yeah I totally forgot about that!” And the customer service team is awesome, fast, and friendly. The only little hiccup (for me) is the ink cartridges can run out quickly, but I also work in healthcare and use the pen A LOT, so that could be a user problem. I’m glad I found this company!

There are some connection issues I'm struggling with.

Not only is the pen itself incredible but the app breaks everything down and summarizes it in an easy to read/study format. The customer service is incredible as well! So helpful! Had an issue that was resolved the same day!
As someone going back to school in my 40's and with ADHD, I was very worried about missing something important or having trouble studying. With Flowtica scribe by my side I'm more confident about being successful and learning everything required!

Flowtica scribe pen is everything I wanted it to be. Sleek, functional and easy to operate. I take comfort in knowing that if I run into trouble it's a real team of humans helping me :)

More international delivery options are needed including fast track.

Also, the status updates with current courier were very delayed (i.e. the status was updated only overnight for each stage - including final stage of delivery to my adress)

I had a really opaque (user fault) issue with registering/pairing, and Jacinth of the Flowtica Customer Support Team really went above and beyond to resolve it. Detailed and patient support is rare, and I'm quite impressed with how the issue was handled. Great job all around on this device.

The transcription and summarizing features work exceptionally well.

Flowtica app and the recording pen are my saviour for me to go back to school in my 30s. I have ADHD, therefore it's difficult for me to focus, With this recording pen, I am able to record my lectures and focus as much as possible during the lecture, with my mind thinking about certain problems that arise as the lesson goes on. I can easily go back home, listen to the recordings clearly, and the AI support in the app helps me organize the whole three-hour lecture into parts that are easy for me to digest and understand.

on top of that, I also use it for my work. After getting permissions from all parties, I will use it to refer back, as I have a short memory.

Lastly, the customer care teams are great, understanding and responsive. So far, always able to help me resolve issues I faced with the app.

I was a Kickstarter backer. I have been using the Scribe since release. For context I am also a Pluad user. I will start with the comparison, Flowtica takes great notes but it lacks the refinement of Plauds summaries. Don't get me wrong, the Scribe does a great job summarizing but it hasnt reached the level of plaud, being able to re-summarize or change the template. I have seen great improvements in the app, they are clearly working hard to refine the summaries and add features.

Onto the hardware. Initially I had issues with recordings syncing. Sometimes they would, other times they would fail. However that has been fixed in FW updates. Now it works smoothly and quickly. The audio is really good too. I also like being able to use it as a pen and recorder. The build quality is great, I bought the .07mm tips which i prefer over the finer tips. The charging case feels quality and I like it a lot.

Lastly, customer service has been great. As a backer I had two premium membership cards, one 3 month and one which had gotten thrown away by accident. I reached out to customer support and they helped me out in less than 24 hours.
