Flowing Energy Solutions Anmeldelser

From the first initial survey visit to the last visit , final day of installation the team were fantastic.
Not one issue from start to finish and the standard of service and workmanship was outstanding.
Day one ; subcontracting local scaffolding company arrived and the
Scaffolding started being erected at 8am with efficiency and very safe working practices, before tagging off the scaffolding we were asked if everything was ok and nothing was going to be any hindrance.
Very professional and friendly team .
Well done and thanks Lee ( west coast scaffolding) ,
10.30am the roofing team arrived and cracked on , very nice lads and finished the installation of the panels mid afternoon.
Not one piece of rubbish was left , garden was absolutely spotless, brilliant lads .
Day 2 ;
Alfie and Alex arrived and began with a look at everything in the house that was relevant and were happy to start , great that they took the time to outline everything that was going to happen, asked if I had any questions before starting .
Very professional and friendly from the outset.
Worked extremely efficiently and the communication between them was excellent, great to see lads working so well together and having good communication skills doing a complex task.
Finished the install with no issues throughout and kept me informed on every step of the installation.
When job completion was done Alfie explained everything I needed to do regarding the system and the downloads for the app , he then explained and went through all the steps incase of any issues with equipment in emergency situations etc , very helpful , knowledgeable and also genuinely friendly lads .
When they left , you wouldn’t have known they’d have done such a complex job, in and out of the house with all the wiring and connections, EVERYWHERE was absolutely spotless .
Thanks all round to a fantastic team but a special mention on Alfie and Alex , never seen such efficient, quality workmanship from two young lads , two amazing assets this company have , who hopefully, will get the feedback and thanks they both deserve from management !!
Overall if I could give 6 star rating I would .
Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish.
THANKS SO MUCH .

From the initial contact with Chantelle & Chris to the installation I was kept informed of progress & all my many questions were answered quickly & professionally.

The Solar installation team of Chris & Sam & the apprentices Alfie & Henry were friendly & professional and did the job to a high standard.

The roofing team of Dean, Alan & Tom also seemed to do a good job.

The result is that we have a system that is starting to make a difference to our monthly electricity bills.

We are glad we went for a Tesla Powerwall & Solar panels as we have had a few opportunities with Octopus, our current electricity provider to play the game of going off-grid and getting extra points in times of high demand.

The only downside is that we should have done it sooner!

Had solar and Tesla battery install along with new Zappi EV charger
After initial contact Chris came to do site survey very knowledgeable and had great advice and options
Then Chantelle kept us updated throughout
Great team then carried out install
Scaffolders were very friendly and carefull with our home
The install of the solar and battery was carried out by a great group of lads Rob Sam and Alfie did a fantastic job very clean and helpful couldn't ask for more
Would highly recommend flowing energy solutions

Very professional team. Initial visit from Gary with a lot of information. Excellent report and proposal. Visit from Chris the electrician also excellent and although our original plan of using existing cables did not work out, the overhead solution was a very satisfactory alternative. Minimal disruption to our shared access. Very tidy and professional installation. Worked late to complete. After sales troubleshooting timely and helpful. All staff very courteous.

Highly recommend! Flowing Energy has recently installed battery storage for me . Sam and Harry were very professional during the whole install and provided an excellent service.

Right from the start the approach was professional. Gary with whom we had initial contact gave us a clear and comprehensive quote without any pressure. The scaffolders, fitters and engineers were equally polite and professional. Rob an Harry did a fantastic job with the internal fittings. It wasn’t an easy route from our loft to the Mains input under the stairs but they managed it brilliantly.

FES recently installed 10 panels with battery storage. The whole experience from discussing requirements with Gary and the installation by Harry, Rob and Chris was very professional. The detailed 24 page report about the installation and projected energy savings was excellent and gave me confidence in the company. The installation of cables and batteries in the garage is of a high standard, neat and tidy. Neighbors have recently commented how great the panels look, I would definitely recommend FES to anyone who is considering installing solar panels

Flowing Energy Solutions have recently installed a solar panels and a battery system to our home.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. The entire process from initial contact and system design by Clayton to site visit, installation and commissioning by Chris, Sam, Harry and Alfie was done in the most professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and the installation looks so neat that part of me wishes it was installed in my new kitchen for all to see.
I am so impressed that I have recommended the company to two people who are considering fixing a PV system.
The best part is that since installation I haven’t used and electricity from the grid!

I highly recommend Flowing Energy Solutions. They provide a professional service from design, through DNO approval to a very high standard of installation and post installation support. The team of Chris, Harry and Alfie were very tidy, polite and patient with our family dog during the installation that went very smoothly, although the arrangement was not simple or straight forward but they took that all in their stride. The whole team at Flowing Energy have been freindly and supportive through the whole process and I have a great system operating fully. Thank you.

This company has carried out an excellent job of installing our Solar Panel & Battery system - efficiently and at an excellent price.
The company are very approachable, with a pleasant and friendly service to match.
Nothing was a problem for them.
I would especially like to thank the installation team of :-
Electricians; Sam, Harry & Alfie.
Roofers; Chris and Lee.
After approaching a large number of suppliers I found that Flowing Energy were the only people not to put obstacles in our way, or force their opinion on us.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

After promising that scaffold would be taken down on three different occasions, we are still waiting for it to happen.

One of the main reasons we went with Flowing Energy was the fact that they have an in-house scaffold team and they were adamant that we'd only have to wait a few days to check that everything was working and then it would be dismantled.

Absolutely no issues at all with the install. It's great - all works well - team arrived when they said they would and explained what they were doing. No problems at all on that front.

We delayed paying until there was a confirmed date for scaffold to come down. Day came. No team. We got a phone call to say they would be there over the weekend. No team.

We went away on holiday and came back to find the scaffold still there.

Called to enquire why and was told it had been marked as job complete.

They apologised and said it would be down first thing next day.

Guess what?

Fantastic service from start to finish. We decided we'd like to change our configuration for greater power output the day before installation was due; this was no problem, and we were only charged for the extra equipment despite this pushing the install into an extra day. From initial quote to operational solar system well under a fortnight, and everyone who came on site was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very satisfied customers here, we really can't recommend them highly enough!

This company have just installed a solar panel and battery system in our home. I am very impressed with experience and professionalism of all the people we have encountered working at this firm. The installation process was efficient and the team were very considerate and professional in everything they did. I have nothing but praise for them and can highly recommend this service from start to finish. All was cleaned up and left tidy at the end and the whole job looks very professional. A great company to deal with.

Excellent- explained everything, answered any questions and professionally installed our solar system. Great customer focussed service. Very happy customer

Flowing Energy Solutions installed Solar Panels and Battery system to generate and store unused generated electricity. The quality and workmanship from all their team involved in the installation was first class. Support in setting up system to export unused electricity generated was provided in order for me to fully optimise solar energy generated.

Great customer experience from start to finish.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of the installation of our solar panels, including suitability of the proposed system, the installation of the panels and the excellent guidance given by Clayton in respect of information required by our electricity provider. The site team were courteous and efficient as was everyone else we dealt with. We have no hesitation in recommending Flowing Construction Services to anyone considering solar panel installation.

Excellent service from start to finish of project. Very professional organisation, a totally satisfying experience. I would recommend this company to anyone considering the journey into solar.

Excellent istallation by the team and great communication from start to finish. The process was easy and everything was clearly explained to me at each stage. Payments we easy to make and the office team were extramly helpful. The scaffolding came down within two weeks of completion and the lads who came to site were very poliet and I had not issues at all.
I would highly reccomend them for their seamless service.

The company provided excellent service up until the point I paid the final payment, especially the work of the installation team was very impressive and satisfying. However, this company required a final payment before the scaffolding was removed, and my nightmare began the moment I made the payment. The appointment to remove the scaffolding was postponed three times without any notice, which ruined my three weekends, and the gutter frame that was broken during the scaffolding work has been left unattended for over a month since they promised to fix it. To top it all off, I have not received any replies to my emails since the deposit.

so, I can recommend this excellent installation team but hope to warn you not to complete your payment until everything is completed.

[Update] Within 1 week from I uploaded this review, this company fixed the damaged gutter frame. So I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars.
