Underrated company
Underrated company. They didn’t have many reviews so I was nervous to order but they were great! Delivered on time, nice packaging, I forgot to add my name on the note and they called to ask if it was ok to tell the recipient. Excellent all around

The honest update i received when what…
The honest update i received when what i ordered couldn't be delivered on time and then requested flowers were out of stock. The florist was calm, patient and supported in explaining the situation, she professional supported me in choosing alternative delivery arrangements and flowers.
I would recommend your services and I will be coming back soon.

Fast reliable and great quality
Ordered the night before from overseas, was sceptical but a beautiful bunch of flowers were delivered on time the next day and the recipient was delighted with the quality and size of bouquet.

The company didnt have the roses I ordered however they agreed to add chocolates to compensate for it. My partner was happy with the delivery..
Satiafied.
Communication is a bit tricky. But im happy with the end result.

Oh dear, but put right very well
Confusion over whether order had gone through. No despatch or tracking information on day which caused some anxiety as it was my wife’s birthday. Finally arrived at 4pm and I guess they had been in van all day. In compost bin after 4 days.
UPDATE after posting this review I was contacted by Flowers Truly offering a complimentary replacement. These arrived within hours and are fresh and beautiful.. Given that the original problem probably arose in transit, I shall have no hesitation in using again. 5 STARS
