Epic scam. The website is professionally done but that’s about it.
Poor communication, generic email responses, fake contact information.
When they finally contacted the local flower shop, it was after my requested delivery date and then they proceeded to cancel my order without informing me and then tell me that the flower shop couldn’t deliver.
This is a scam and the people are deceitful..and it’s only because I happened to contact that same flower shop to make an actual purchase that I found out what occurred with email evidence.
Let me just point out, that on direct communication with the local floral company I was able to get my item ordered, confirmed and delivered.
The problem was not the local flower shop, it was the flowers gifting company, of which I am still awaiting my refund !
