I bought The flowermate aura and was very satisfied by this product as I was sceptical at first by the price and whether or not it would work, but it works like a dream until the USBC charging port broke, but through a series of quick replying emails I was told that it wasn’t covered under the warranty but that they would replace my device anyway through sheer kindness. I have nothing but good things to say about this company one of the best costumer service people I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend

My daughter bought me the V5 from flowermate and and the place where you put the power cable just stopped working and i contacted them twice and it's been over.a week now and no response very disappointed...The thing is i was very careful with the vape and it is still under warranty.

Company will NEVER reply to multiple attempts at activating a warranty claim. I've purchased twice from them and when my Slick unit died after about 20 uses and well within the 1-year warranty period, they have ghosted me. Their claim that "Once your inquiry has been made, one of our certified team members will begin working on your ticket. We strive to address all claims in a timely fashion" is a complete joke! You will never get a response. It seems to be a corporate decision made fairly recently as the spate of bad reviews would indicate. They currently have a grade of F with the Better Business Bureau. In a crowded vaporizer marketplace, you don't need to put up with horrible service...look elsewhere. Spread the word and let's put these suckers out of business. Caveat emptor.

Vape is rusting, followed all user guides/instructions. Customer service is non responsive, would never-ever purchase from again.

Broken , customer service useless, SCAMMERS

Ordered a $159.00 item off their website total of $180 after tax an shipping fees. I received an email at time of purchase saying they received my order. After 2 days I emailed to ask if my order had been processed an shipped as I haven't received any other notification from them. It's been over a week and zero response. I'll stop payment and report to the BBB.

My product stopped working right. There is a 1 year warranty on it. I've been contacting flowermate for weeks and they've been ignoring me. I contacted publicly over social media and they actually gave me a fake email to contact, when I tried I got an error message. Do not ever buy from flowermate unless you are buying from a website that covers warranties for you. Customer service is non existent, you should pretend the warranty does not exist

My vaporiser malfunctioned and broke well within the 1 year warranty time. Contacted Flowermate as the shop I bought it from told me to do so. Initially got a response, now I have sent 5 chase up emails over 3 weeks and I am being ignored on every one. Product rubbish customer service shocking. Do not trust these people with your cash.

I was made to put at least one star. This company has horrible customer service. I was sent a broken slick, emailed the company and they didn’t believe me. After sending video proof I was told a replacement would be send almost 20 days later and they’re trying to ghost me. Super unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM get a pax

V5Nano is a good vaporizer, the problem is spare parts, I bought a spare mouthpiece that is narrower than the original and therefore does not want to hold, just turn the vaporizer and the glass will fall out. The original mouthpiece cannot be obtained.

Great products!! I really love my V5 Nano, but the service is why I write here. I broke my mouthpiece and the shop where I bought it could not help me with a new one so I called the flowermate guys to see if I could buy one from them. They help d me out with 3 new mouthpieces and I only had to pay for shipping. This is customer service at the highest level and I will never go anywhere else for my vaping needs:) highly recommended!!

miserable Qualität, gerät nach 2 Wochen normaler Nutzung defekt. 4 wöchige Reparatur, keine Besserung. Wieder 4 wöchige Reparatur, wieder keine Besserung. Defektes Teil mehrfach instand gesetzt statt getauscht. Zog sich über 1 Jahr. Letztendlich immer noch defekt, 200€ im Müll.... Definitiv nie wieder flowermate.

I agree with the previous reviewer; interesting products let down by frustratingly slow customer service. I've been waiting nearly a month to get a V5 Nano repaired under warranty . . . and I'm still waiting for them to authorise the repair. If the repair IS finally authorised, there will be another wait for the repair itself.
Overall disappointed.
Edit: Flowermate acknowledged that there was a failing in customer service and sent a new replacement product. I believe this warrants an increase from my original 3-star rating to at least a 4

Flowermate Technology is a very intriguing company.

It somehow manages to combine very advanced design to create attractive dry-herb and wax vaporizers, along with a sluggish non-responsive customer service, and shipment practice.

On one hand, I love the company's products, but on the other hand, I hate their customer service, and shipment practice.

In my humble opinion, they simply shoot themselves in the leg.
