My package arrived well packaged and in my large box 🗃️ for my larger post.
It would have been useful if an email was sent to say it was coming or had arrived. I will let you know how I get on with it as I am a competitor in floral art.

We’re very sorry to hear you didn’t receive any notification emails about the dispatch.
Just to reassure you, our usual process includes three separate emails: one confirming your order, one from us letting you know your Flowercomb® has been dispatched, and a notification is for our chosen courier Royal Mail to confirm via email they have your parcel for delivery.
