Man I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my money. This site is a total scam they sent me the complete wrong item I had to wait a month or more to get just for them to ignore me and try to make a deal with me. I paid full price for my item it wasn’t on sell and I paid for shipping yet the company only offered me 20% of my money back and still wanted to take out for shipping this is the worst company EVER. I’ll take it as a lesson learned but I’m definitely going to make sure I put the word out on all my social media sites not to BUY FROM HERE I suggest others do the same

Bra sizes smaller than normal. Offered return of 15% and could them give bra as a gift. Three requests for return address have been ignored

It's just fraud. Came totaly wrong order to me . It cost 70 € and they refund me nothing ... Totaly fraud company.

If I could not give them a star at all I would not give them anything I agree with the rest of the customers I have been trying to get a return label and the customer service do not return your emails every time you click on email or contact information it takes you to browse their page this is a scam do not I repeat do not order anything from this company it’s a scam they take your money no one has money to just throw away the bra are too small

Ordered two bras that did not fit. Size chart is way off. I've been trying to return my purchase for several weeks now but Customer Service won't even acknowledge my emails. I might have even considered an exchange. Not any longer. This appears to be a scam company. They have no problem taking your money but not willing to acknowledge your request for assistance. Obviously located in Asia, perpetrating as a US based company. So very tired of these companies.

Same problem as others below. The sizes are way off and then they want you to pay for a return to China. They also only allow return for 15 days so they become really unresponsive in between emails so you run out of time. It cost more than the bra to return it to them. I filed a chargeback through my credit card company. I had the emails showing that they only responded every few days and would ask more questions about returning vs helping me actually making a return. Typical scam behavior.

Disgusted with my purchase ! First and last time. I ordered 2 bras with my usual size. I received items 3 sizes below !! And they say that they don’t accept underwear returns…and return to china at our expense. I lost my money. Scammers.

CU....I READ YOUR REVIEW this is MA you read my review, chalk it up as a LESSON LEARNED..it's a waste of time, these trolls are SCAMMERS and this the end game for us.. I tried to leave a review after I received my purchase, it read "you can only post a review if you have purchased, now that option doesn't exist because they know the reviews they would get and that would be the end to the SCAM. it's UNFORTUNATE that alot of us go by site and NOT DO THE RESEARCH FIRST..I urge EVERYONE to investigate ANY website that your planning to do a monetary transaction with thru Trustpilot to PROTECT YOURSELF " STAY AWAY FROM FLoryshoe & Areohake on Pinterest that you see advertising Similar products they are ALL THE SAME SCAMMERS advertising under different websites ESPECIALLY ON PINTEREST

I'm attempting to return my purchase that I just received from Floryshoes. I'm doing the specific steps that their website says to do when wanting to do a return. Every time I try to send an email to floryshoes.com, I get a message sent to me saying , the message/email cannot be delivered due to the recipients settings. This infuriates me . I have 4 items that i need to return due to them being very poorly made and the sizing was very inaccurate. Their website states that for a return , the customer needs to email them 1st saying theyd like to do a return, then they'll send you an address, where to send your return to. Any company who isn't upfront and honest from the beginning regarding a phone number & physical address is very sketchy and questionable. This company couldnt be more wrong & deceitful & cannot be trusted .
