worst customer experience on the Mother’s day! Has taken the order via deliveroo, no update about the status of the delivery, got late for more than 1.5 hrs, no response to calls… And ruined the Mother’s day spirit…

I ordered a bouquet of tulips from Floritta as a Women’s Day gift through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, Uber Eats didn’t pass on the Gift Card message to Floritta, and I only realized this after the order was already out for delivery. However, when I reached out to Floritta, Mariia was incredibly empathetic and went above and beyond by arranging a separate delivery with the card and a long-stem rose. Now that’s what I call exemplary customer service! Thank you Mariia and Floritta!
