Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you found ordering straightforward, and we appreciate that £7.99 delivery can feel proportionately high on a smaller order.
We use a fully tracked, next-working-day service for reliable delivery, parcel tracking and visibility of your order’s progress. The charge covers this service rather than being based on the value of the products purchased, and is displayed before checkout.
When your review was posted, your parcel was awaiting dispatch today. For Friday dispatches, the next working day is Monday, although parcels sometimes arrive over the weekend.
We hope you’re pleased with your purchases when they arrive, and thank you for shopping with us.
