Extremely disappointing experience.

I placed an order with a guaranteed delivery date of the 18th, which was the main reason I chose this company. The order was never delivered.

I tried contacting them multiple times and received absolutely no response. There has been no communication, no shipment, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

They have neither fulfilled the order nor processed a cancellation or refund.

Due to the complete lack of response, I have escalated this matter through PayPal and my bank, and I have also filed a formal complaint with their hosting provider, OnlineNIC, Inc., and with the relevant authorities in the Philippines against Sofiqur Rahman.

I am still waiting for my money back and intend to pursue this matter until the end.

We ordered a funeral arrangement for my wife's sister-in-law whose funeral was held on the 10th February 2026. We paid by American Express on their website. No flowers were ever delivered and we were charged. We have since spoken with American Express Customer Service who has been very helpful and they will conduct an investigation. They did not deliver nor answer any emails that we send. Not only were we devastated by the sudden loss of my wife's sister-in-law but our funeral arrangement of flowers were never delivered. Should have used Inter-Flora instead. Please be aware.
