If I could give this product negative reviews I would. I purchased the food warmer and mat to protect the surface and it cracked my counter top.
Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered two fllora warming pads for gifts. The counter protectors arrived but not the warmers. The only way to contact fllora is through email… I have reached out three times and have not gotten a response. This leads me to believe that I paid for warmers that they don’t intend to send. I have no idea how to get a refund or any kind of help.

This flora butter its literally only water , nothing, is rubbish.

Do not order from this company. They are scammers! Placed an order, took my money, then said they will give me a gift card because they don't have the product. I don't want a gift card. I want my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I order shilajit and a bar of soap. Only received the bar of soap

I have tried to contact Flora by email four times but no answer.

$70 for a bar of soap

I will never order from this company again

I will have to get my money back from my cc

I have to laugh at all the one star reviews on here. It amazes me at all to think that people are still buying this Toxic artificial cement thinking it is healthier for them than natural butter. If a product is natural then it's not bad for you. If it's artificial, highly processed and loaded with chemicals, then it's bad for you simple. Throw this stuff in the bin, and go back to using butter, and if you want to soften it, leave it out for a while, or use some extra virgin Olive or Avacado oil to soften it.

I like the taste of flora light and use it as part of my cholesterol lowering regime. My only gripe with the brand is why won’t it melt when I put a bit onto my hot vegetables?

I’m just left with a bit gooey lump!

Grandson bought this it is foul, he didnt know just thought it was butter..... no taste resemblance to butter at all yak yak yak why not just call it plant based spread.... then we are not fooled into buying. P.S grandson likes brownies he made so all not lost

May 2024 BE VERY VERY CAREFUL about this health hazard dodgy outfit.
Loved the plant butter over the last few years or so....had a problem with my last packet of flora plant butter..it had 2 small holes in the base, on the bottom edge which gave free access to all sorts of germs...very unhygienic...sadly only noticed when I went to wash empty container.
Thats OK will report it to Flora no probmem....fat chance!!....flora is actually a dutch outfit, who by design, dont want anyone contacting them..I filled in a very dodgy form that just wouldn't accept any input......I then tried another page and that too was a total botch job. If they cant even get the website right its a safe bet the food wont be any better prepared.

Shocked to see awful reviews here,,,explains everything. flora get stuffed..we wont touch any of your dodgy products again.

Why was a perfect product changed into something inedible? Surely marketing feedback would have clearly indicated issues with the quality of the altered, unrecognisable product?

The question that everyone would like to know is what is actively being done about reinstating the original product which has ultimately caused a loss of many thousands and more customers? As a company that depends on customers, one would think that customer opinions would be taken into account, sadly not the case..... :(

Just a load of hype. Looks like, smells like and most importantly tastes like margarine. So I would like to know how it is any different. Very disappointed.

Flora have replaced palm oil with coconut oil - which is rock hard at room temperature - it's like concrete when refrigerated ! The taste is appalling ! They have the nerve to call it 'Flora Original'. I emailed customer service and asked why they can't use sustainable palm oil. They responded and said they would look into this as an alternative. We've swapped to dairy free 'Pure' as an alternative

So unhealthy.

So so disappointed i had used flora for decades now this absolutely shockin change has happened its like my life fell apart as ive had to try all the alternatives and would much rather have my old flora back! But whilst you cant even spead it without the ripping bread to pieces...I will have to just look at it on the shelf with sorrow:(

Saw the ad for Flora Plant Butter, and thought I'd give it a try. What a waste of money. Basically it's just margarine in a block, made to look like butter. Doesn't melt on toast and taste just like marg'.

good to se they have lost so many customers that they now run adds should have kept the cow as the add is now the same as flora what comes out rear end

After approximately four decades of eating Flora, never again shall I waste my money! I am on the same bus as the 94% one-star ratings here ('tis a pity there is not a zero option)... All varieties of Flora taste disgusting, with a particularly noticeable chemical 'flavour' these days. What clowns would change a tried and tested recipe and try to pass it off as a 'Great taste', let alone supposedly edible? Endeavouring to tick all of the boxes for the PC brigade in favour of your bread and butter just doesn't work. Thus, your greed is clearly your downfall.

Flora, get your act together!!..there seems to be a trend in so called "improved" recipe, its non spreadable, hard, tastes like plastic. Cauldron tried it on Cauldron vegetarian sausages only to turn everyone against them stating that they are Vegan and improved recipe, everyone and his dog complained which worked as they reverted back to the original vegetarian sausages.
I don't think Flora can afford to lose millions of customers and I'm confident it'll revert back to type!!.

Iv used Flora Original for years n year's WHAT HAS HAPPENED?? It's awful! Why you think this is an Improvement is beyond me! It's awful, no taste, can't spread it, Iv just put it in the bin. What a waste of money. As I can see with the other reviews, everyone agrees. Change it back it's horrible 🙈🙉
