Cannot fault the price or communication from Martin at all. Kept up to speed all along the process on when to expect delivery.

Prompt response to on-line order. Email and telephone call from Martin Allen, thanking us for choosing the company for our purchase, that's really nice! Martin was really helpful and efficient. He explained about the delivery so we know what to expect on the day. He was also keen to ensure that all our questions were answered and that we were happy with everything so far, fantastic!
I am bombarded with emails to complete reviews on a daily basis for every minor contact, so it was refreshing to be actually asked personally if I'd mind. Because of that, here it is. Hope it helps! Many thanks, Helen

I ordered an in stock item via the website, to receive notification the item was not in stock and would be delivered at a later date.
We then had 3 more delivery dates come and go with no flooring.One of which a fitter was booked as told via phone the carpet was scheduled with the courier and on the lorry to us.
Carpet ordered 09.09.22 finally received carpet on 18.10.22.

My wife found a vinyl on another site and after visiting the shop decided she wanted it @£40 mt. Found same vinyl on Flooring Megastore @£15 mt. Spoke to Martin about delivery as I was going away, and he returned my call a couple of hours later with a date.
So far all good.

Don’t believe the ‘in stock’ notices.
Five weeks after placing an order that was promised to be delivered in seven to 10 working days, we’ve been told for the second time it’s not being delivered tomorrow because it’s not even in the country yet and they can’t tell me when it will be delivered.
I was also told today that I’ve ordered the wrong underlay for the carpet. I ordered the underlay I was told to order by a Flooring Megastore ‘expert’.
I won’t name the sales person I spoke to today, but they told me all the staff I have been communicating with for the past five weeks have been sacked and it’s all new staff who are trying to sort out a mess of orders.
I really don’t care anymore. I have asked for a full refund and am keeping my fingers crossed we get our money back because I have no faith we’ve not been conned out of hundreds of pounds.

Carpet arrived but no underlay that was ordered, no help from fm until after carpet fitted on 20 year old underlay, was told tuffnels had lost it !! Blame or refunding cost of underlay does not help solve issue.

Really happy with the phone inquiry I must made to this company. Martin was more than helpful and very patient with my list of questions. Great service so far. I am definitely going to consider purchasing from them.. they sound great!

Ordered and paid for a carpet which was ‘in stock’ only to find a week later a refund made so I am assuming the carpet is not in stock as advertised and I haven’t heard anything different. Absolute disgrace

I phoned on a couple of occaisions to get a quote and advice on deliveries etc. I spoke to Stevie who was amazing and very helpful, she sent me samples and did everything she could to assist me and make sure the samples arrived in time.

What a bunch of clowns,I placed an order online,after three days I received a call asking me to pay extra £35 on top of £50 paid for the delivery charge.
I am based in London and it was a small order for my lounge,38 Square metres.
Not surprised though as they are part of carpet right chain

Flooring megastore (FMS) had a good price and good communication. However, I can't recommended them due to their exclusive use of Tuffnells delivery.
Tuffnells lost the carpet twice, the second time being declared lost for good. It took 13 days to get the carpet to us. A large fraction of this time we had to wait in a few hours until it became clear from discussion with FMS it was not coming became.
Despite a discount on the delivery charge requested, I'd far rather had the next day delivery advertised.
Total time from order placed to delivery is 3 weeks (21 days).

I have the isense serenity carpet throughout my house (from another company) I just hadn't done my bedroom yet. Flooring megastore had a good price on this carpet so I brought my bedroom carpet from here. Had a fitter come and lay the carpet with the same underlay I have throughout my house and I can tell you the carpet you sold me as isense serenity IS NOT the same carpet as I have laid elsewhere. Feels a much thinner carpet under foot. BEEN RIPPED OFF!!

Awful experience! I would rate them 0/5 if it was possible. I placed an order 6 weeks ago for carpets for our self build property, first order arrived and carpet fitters came as planned a couple of days later to fit, I received a call to say the 5m roll was brown and was a completely different carpet to the 4m roll they had delivered. Our move in date was already set so this couldn’t be delayed and we had to pay the carpet fitters for the days labour even though our bedroom and dressing room was left without carpet. I contacted Flooringmegstore and spoke with Alina. Alina lied and said it was the same carpet and was just different cuts / variations of the same roll - the carpet I have in the other rooms is light grey and the wrong roll that arrived was a dark brown - I said I didn’t appreciate her lies and would rather them take a bit of responsibility as it was obvious on the photographs I had sent that the carpets were completely different, I also asked if I reached out to the manufacturers (isense) would they confirm this - I then received an apology and got acknowledgment that there had been ‘confusion’ in their warehouse after two day of them trying to convince me these completely different carpets were the same. I explained we were now moving into our home without carpet in our bedroom / dressing room and were £350 out of pocket with the carpet fitters and they offered a £50 refund, which was laughable. I asked them to push forward with the order and get the correct carpet sent out to us as soon as possible as I didn’t want to waste any more time and delivery was organised for two weeks later - fast forward two weeks and the carpet arrives - (correct colour) - carpet fitters are booked to fit the carpet two days later and again I receive a call from the carpet fitters to say the carpet does not fit and they’ve delivered a 25 square metre roll instead of the 35 square metre roll I paid over £1000 for. I honestly could not believe it! We had to pay the carpet fitters for their time, once again. I emailed flooring megastore explaining what had happened in complete disbelief and spent the Monday morning calling trying to get through, calls were all ignored but when I called off my work phone ( different number) my call was answered instantly. I spoke with Stevie who told me she had read my email and there was nothing about it being the wrong size and she didn’t know what the problem was - when I had explained exactly what the issue was on the email in very simple terms with a photo of the label which showed 5 x 5.20m and a screenshot of my order which showed I had ordered and paid for a 35 metre square roll. I couldn’t believe she hadn’t even bothered to read my email - I then read the email to her on the phone and she acknowledged this did in fact say why it wasn’t the correct order however, like before, this wasn’t their fault at all and was their suppliers fault even though the label and packaging of the product was adorned in their logo they had nothing to do with the mix up.
Dealing with this company has been impossible and extremely frustrating! They constantly push blame, try to lie to avoid taking responsibility and the customer service is non existent. Choosing this business for the carpets has been my biggest regret throughout the whole building process and I would definitely recommend to pay slightly more to get a better quality service elsewhere.
Even now I haven’t received a refund for the wrong carpet, it was supposed to be collected by Tuffnels today but no one came and I’ve had to pay another £1200 for the correct carpet with a different company without even receiving my money back from FlooringMegastore ( I was not going to risk giving them a third chance to get it wrong). Avoid at all costs!

Carpet was excellent quality and cheaper than from other sources. It arrived within 4 working days in plenty of time for our booked carpet fitter. Only warning is to make sure you have enough manpower to receive the delivery and get into your house as was very heavy!

We recently purchased a carpet from Richard at Flooring Megastore.
The customer service we received from Richard was truly outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and asked us various questions before suggesting several different carpets which would meet our requirements.
Richard was very professional & friendly, answered all our questions (there were lots). He gave us fantastic advice, listened and was very thorough. Nothing was too much trouble, he could not have been more helpful.
If you are thinking of purchasing a new carpet, I highly recommend speaking to Richard Baldock to guarantee the best advice/service & price!

A good company with helpful customer service (rarity these days). I needed to re-arrange delivery dates due to the fitter letting me down and Stevie couldn't have been more helpful. I had cause to contact Flooring Megastore on both the phone and via email and received a great service via both means. Minimal wait time. The courier company let them down with a delivery date a day late but this was not due to Flooring Megastore's doing.
