Really helpful in store when choosing the carpet. Happy for us to borrow some samples so we could try in our room.
Fitters were friendly and got the carpet fitted in no time at all. Carpet was hoovered and all offcuts bagged up. Same team we had that fitted some laminate flooring before and another great experience. Will definitely be going back here again.

I'm so pleased with my new flooring! The service was friendly and hassle free from start to finish. The team did an amazing job and i will definitely be using them again in the future. Thankyou all again 🥰

Highly recommend this local company excellent from start to finish. They did my whole house from perfect prep work with the LVT throughout the downstairs and carpeted the whole upstairs with a bespoke carpet runner which turned out exactly how I envisioned🤩! Very accommodating, competitive on price, could fit me in when I needed, easy to work with and fantastic customer service from the whole team! A clean and tidy job and would use them again/ recommend in the future.

Wanted to buy local and had already bought my wood floor there. Friendly service in the shop with good advice when choosing. Fitted new carpet on Friday, bedrooms, stairs and landing. Great job by Paul, Olivia and Tom. Left really tidy, with furniture back in right places and vacuumed up after they
had finished.

From visiting the shop to completing the fitting of new carpet on stairs and landing, we received first class service. Good advice was given by Ollie on best option for us and the fitters were efficient, friendly and had the job done quickly, even vacuuming up after they had finished. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent service from Tom, Olivia and the rest of the team. They did everything, strip old carpets, move furniture, take away all the debris and cleaned up after in the whole house!

Excellent service.
Paul and Tom came to lay our new carpet. When they arrived, they helped to move the last bits of heavy furniture. On finishing, after cleaning up behind themselves, they returned the heavy furniture back through to the living room.
Would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them!

Used this company before for a stair carpet did a great job.
Had my whole downstairs laminated blown away by such a good job.
No mess cleaned as they went very efficient and lovely people.

Tom and Dave arrived to fit new kitchen flooring and they did an excellent job. The price was very good and they worked very hard. Very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Originally popped in on a whim passing by. Great friendly workers who aren't trying to rip you off and happy to help or explain things. Got carpets installed today by Paul who did a great job, kept me informed, very polite and friendly too

I have used these for years! Always very friendly, helpful, professional and nothing is too much trouble. Olivia in particular has done a great job of our LVT flooring and it’s great to see a woman in a male dominated role!

From the first time I walked into the store, right up to the installation, service has been amazing. I originally spoke with Olley who provided me with great, no pressure service and support during my initial visit. I visited a week later where I then met Tom who provided a great solution to a challenging flooring area, which just reconfirmed to me that they knew what they were talking about! They were very accommodating with booking me in, as I had to get some work done to the floorboards prior to their visit.They recommended a joiner Leon from xl home maintenance who was great. I also appreciated that they offered to install over two days, to give me time to move my things from one room to another.
Great communication throughout - they called a week prior to installation to reconfirm and also called on day 1 of installation an hour before.
Olivia, Tom and Paul are a fab installation team. Knowledge, quick, efficient, great workmanship and just overall lovely people. I'm so happy with the end result. I will be recommending this company because they are great!!
