Good old fashioned service
We needed some adhesive to lay our new oak flooring. This product was recommended by the company that supplied the oak . We were very impressed by their friendly staff. They were very knowledgeable and polite. And had a fantastic next day delivery service. We have used them 3 times now and they gave us the same quality service and product each time.

Highly recommend
The sales floor was immaculate and organised, the staff incredibly efficient, polite, friendly and helpful - even putting a layer of cardboard in my car to protect it from any dust from my purchase.

I have not started using it
I have not started using it, but clicked the mop head without attaching the little piece…so it’s not possible to detach the mop head now… I am told by Marldon themselves… without breaking it! So there should have been warning or instructions on the box itself.
The product is returnable at your own cost … but not refunded as they can’t resell the product.
So beware… there is an instruction how to attach on the you tube … watch before you “ click”

We are very sorry to hear that you had difficulties with the advanced cleaning kit. As advised when you spoke with Lisa, you could try to remove the handle from the mop head, but there is a chance it may break. Thankfully, the cleaning kit is still in full working order, even without the small piece that is missing.
Regarding the return, our collections are handled by external couriers who do charge a fee that we unfortunately have to pass on. However, as mentioned, if you prefer to return the kit yourself, you’re very welcome to do so. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund.
We appreciate your understanding and are sorry again for any inconvenience caused.
Good quality products
We are using Marldon products: adhesives, primers, levelling compound for few years now and they are great quality and easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone.
