It’s truly disappointing to see that instead of acknowledging their service failures, FliqaIndia is now calling a genuine customer review “false and misleading.” Let me make it clear — I am a genuine customer and I have every single piece of evidence to prove it.

I have official quotations, payment receipts, invoices, and all communication records related to my booking. In addition, I also have call recordings (recorded with consent) that clearly document the issues I faced and the repeated false commitments made by your representatives, including one of your co-founders.

If there was an option here to upload proof, I would gladly share all these supporting documents for everyone to see.

Let me remind FliqaIndia that a reputed company doesn’t defend itself by denying genuine experiences—it rectifies its mistakes and improves its customer service. I had repeatedly reached out through emails and phone calls for months, only to be ignored. The pendrive and promised deliverables were sent only after I commented publicly on your Facebook page.

I have posted reviews on multiple platforms not to defame, but because I had no other choice. After months of follow-ups and unfulfilled promises, this was the only way to warn other customers so they don’t suffer the same way I did.

A company truly confident in its professionalism would address grievances transparently, not try to silence unhappy customers by labeling them as “fake.”

As I mentioned earlier: A wedding is once in a lifetime — you don’t get a second chance to fix ruined memories.

To future customers: Please do your research carefully before booking. Don’t be misled by polished marketing and paid reviews. Always ask for written confirmation of every commitment before making any payment.

This is, without question, the WORST vendor I have ever dealt with in my life.

I hired them for just 2 days — haldi-mehndi-sangeet and reception — and they demanded 100% payment (Rs. 60,000) upfront. That should have been my warning sign, but I trusted them. Biggest mistake ever. From that point on, it was a nightmare that dragged on for nearly 2 years.

They delivered NOTHING on time. I had to beg, chase, call, and text them endlessly for every single deliverable. It took them:

6 months to edit the photos,

12 months to make a basic album, and

an unbelievable 20 months to finally send a pen drive with videos and images.

And here’s the sickening part — after making me wait almost 2 years, they casually told me they had LOST all video footage of haldi-mehndi and sangeet. Those are once-in-a-lifetime moments, gone forever because of their negligence. And then, as if mocking me, they offered a pathetic refund of just 2000 rupees. That’s not even an insult, it’s daylight robbery.

The so-called CEO and Business Development Manager are the most arrogant, unprofessional, and shameless people I’ve ever come across. They have zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero integrity. I called and messaged them for a month straight to dispute the ridiculous refund — they ignored me completely. No apologies, no explanations, no ownership. Just pure indifference.

Hiring them was the single worst decision I made in planning my wedding. They are a disgrace to this profession, and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

If you value your memories, your time, and your sanity — stay as far away from these frauds as possible. They don’t deserve to be in business.
