Antoine and his team are amazing. I went through a few different programs before working with them and I was of course a bit skeptical. But after a year I can say they're the real deal. I started with no rentals and now I'm up to 4 and have done a handful of flips. You basically get their entire system they use to flip 30-40 properties a month and you just plug it into your business. It's one of the best programs I've been a part of.

After being in a lot of programs Flip System was head and shoulders above the others for virtual RE investing. You have to put in the work don’t get me wrong but they make it easy and get you dialed in with everything you need.

Working with Flipsystem has completely changed my life. I’ve always wanted to invest in real estate, but just truly didn’t think I could because of lack of capital. In addition, I had never invested before and the idea of investing even in my own backyard was daunting. I lacked knowledge and experience. Working with their team on the ground that have already done 100’s of deals helped because they knew everything I was going to need. They helped confirm my numbers that the acquisition team ran for me and even got the contract bid and the inspection/ appraisal done all before I got into the deal. So I knew what I was getting into before hand. This gave me total peace of mind. And because majority of the tasks are automated I only spend like an hour or so a day checking in on my deals and making sure everything was running smoothly.

I can’t talk highly enough about Flipsystem! I am super passionate about real estate and now with the thanks to Flipsystem I have successfully flipped 6 properties in 1.5 years…and everyone has profited! After spending months deciding weather or not to go with Flipsystem. Eventually I decided to bite the bullet. My day job is very time consuming and I wanted a way to get into real estate investing that I could do on the side.

Probably naive on my part from listening to sales person, but I explained that I was pressed for time on my day job, and he told me Flipsystem only requires 3-5 hours a week tops. Which is absolutely incorrect. Using this system does not change it from being a full time job.

First off you have about 20 hours of videos before you even begin. Then you have "validate" the deals that were supposed to be pre-validated. The most annoying bit is that this is their biggest selling point, have prevalidated pipeline of deals that you can pick and choose from. But really it's just a random spattering of dilapidated properties that may or may not work.

So you still have to spend the time to run all the comps yourself and validate the property with the construction team.

The most unsatisfying peace is just how unhelpful their team was. I asked a dozen times for someone to just walk me through 1 deal from start to close for a $15k product you would assume that a couple hours of one-on-one time would be included but it's not. If the system is supposed to be so simple, why can't a human walk me through it in a couple of hours.

Anyway, I'll close with the thought that if you're motivated enough to start real estate investing, you're better off with an excel spreadsheet and staying away from Flipsystem.
