Don’t. The stress and anxiety will not be worth the discounts . They don’ t provide you with proof when anyone decides to report anything. You have no rights here. Very unfortunate. I also contacted Morrocanoil Company ( which Flip has an abundance of products in ) and this company told me they DO NOT authorize their products to be sold on Flip. They didn’t even know what it was, so I have no clue what this is about. Also products often are expired or used. Flip used to respond quickly but now response times are long . Their TOS change and customers not alerted, so they then flag you and eventually remove you from their platform and do not specify exactly what for or show proof. Guilty before proven innocent. Not a democracy

I bought a product on February 14th, I received it expired on the 24th of the same month, since then I am demanding that they refund my money because I will not use an expired product on my face, the customer service is terrible and also every time they answer you have to make the same story of everything that happened, I'm not interested in money anymore, I'm making this post so that you don't get fooled by the favorable comments you get because it's actually an untrustworthy company,I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE NO MATTER HOW BRAZEN THEY ARE.

Beware!!!! What you order on the app is not what you receive! I received used product or expired product or even not the correct product that I ordered. Shipping is terrible!!!! Shipping either didn’t ship or shipped to wrong address. Customer service is a joke!!! Didn’t receive an order and it took customer service 3 months to respond back. Do not waste your time on this app it’s so not worth the 30% off!!!!

Idk if this company is a scam or left. Non responsive to "live support". No communication whatsoever avail. id rate them -0 starts if I could.

BEWARE

I have contacted FLIP support over ten times about this issue and they just kept ignoring it and sent me links to their FAQ. I wasn't able to cashout any cash earned on the FLIP app. whenever I try to, it just shows "The previous withdrawal is currently being processed. Until the previous transfer is completed, we are unable to initiate another withdrawal."
BE AWARE that if you encounter any issues with the app there is no way to contact their customer support directly and they will choose if they want to respond to your concerns.
ALSO if you leave a negative review for a product on FLIP, they will put that item as "out of stock" and then upload another same item but a changed name so other users won't see your negative reviews.

I have a love/sus relationship with Flip. I order A LOT, so I've had missing items and empty ones (I'm looking at you Moon Oral Care Mouth Rinse!). They sent it to me empty first, and half empty when they replaced it. I just let it go because I didn't want them to think I'm a scammer or something since I had so many issues they already fixed.
I must say customer service has responded to 100% of my messages. Even stuff that's kind of off the topic of purchases. Everyone is very kind, it seems, so I'm surprised at how many people have problem with the live support chat (I do not mean to belittle anyone's personal experiences). I even got a response when I accidentally wrote something. It's generally not right away though. It takes a couple hours, but that's fine by me since it's saved in the app.
Why I LOVE Flip: I discover new and innovative products I've never ever seen or heard of! I even got TWO of these eye massaging machines because I didn't realize I bought the one with vibration and I wanted kneading and bought them both and should give mad cash to the girl who reviewed it, I guess. I only make videos to get the 3 free items, and I always have over 10000 choices. It's hard to go through all that do I search by brand and/or do price high to low. I've gotten some GEMS. I wish I had time to see all the items, but it is what it is.
I will say it takes FOREVER to get the items. That's the biggest problem I have. I'm seeing they are sending products separately which is annoying. I like to open big boxes to see what I get instead of a box with a single bar of soap (that happened yesterday) just so weird.
It's also hard to track (oh, the freaking peanuts! I know they are eco-friendly--if you put them in water, they disintegrate completely. I just hate all the mess, but it's better to get plastic.
Also, once products go out of stock, I've never seen a restock. It's like it's a finite business, but that could be a coincidence.
I haven't had too many issues, but they did send a package to a UPS store instead of my boyfriend's home for some reason. It was weird. We'll see what happens with my new orders (because of the separate packaging there's like 12 or more coming to me). We'll see....Jeez.

Thought I was doing right thing gave. flip my connection date which was 7 days notice now 72 hours later still after that date no internet beware Really great no internet for my security cameras

My package came in unseal and nothing was inside. I tried to reach out to the company. Unsuccessful. No respond!!

SCAM APP
-it has access to my contacts after I removed permissions. I still get notifications when my contacts join the app
-i am unable to delete my account due to "outstanding orders" but don't have any

Terrible terrible scammers. You will never get your products you payed for and will never hear back from anyone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I am a college educator who tried using Flip as part of a few innovative college assignments. After 2 semesters, I have given up using Flip. Customer service is non existent, students had trouble registering for the software with no one to communicate with (except me), and now most of videos made by the students cannot be viewed. There is no explanation and no support. Flip is useless!

I’m not messaging someone whose clearly off their meds. Also, I have more than one profile because many of with multiple phones exploited that to get the new member 40% discount when it was still possible. 😂 And they just changed the 3 freebie rule a couple months back, which they’ve changed several times as you used to be able to get them with your first order. I figured a stalker and self-proclaimed famous Flip Shop influencer would know that,

Upload your pics on IG or Facebook. Since you’ve got all this time to write BOOKS. Say where your receipts are. 🥴

Anyway, I’m not reading your whole post, so if you said more dumb crap I’m not answering it. I don’t care. I can shop there, you can’t. Based off of your posts, I’m not surprised you’re banned.

I’m not uploading tons of reviews on Flip because I’m not stressing over penny commission. I buy things I want. I only uploaded the reviews I did to unlock my next freebies for the next time I shop. I have no reason to review every item I bought because I have a real job and only go there to…wait for it…SHOP. If I’m ever double charged or get charges I didn’t make, I call my real bank and get it fixed. Alas, I’ve had the same bank for 20+ years and haven’t had to dispute more than one charge, which was from Enterprise (figured you’d want to know since you’re so invested in me). 🤡

In the event I used a question mark anywhere in my post, Karen, assume it was rhetorical and don’t respond. Reach out to your bank, your therapist, your ex, or anyone - not me.

It’s funny how I emailed flip on Saturday & then Someone decides to post a review about how great they are, how much money they’ve spent & how my review is just basically BS… specifically calling out nearly everything I said in my email to FLIP. Who still OWES ME MONEY… months later. I’m not the only one either. They think they can just ban us, shut us up & never pay us like Noor did with his other companies that he owes other people TONS of money too. I can’t wait for the day you guys wake up to no boxes, no money, no makeup & realize what a scam artist this man really is… what is this Noor? Business venture number 3? 4? You owe how many people??? If you’re going to post a review about spending $1200 on an app… at least make sure no one can go back to see if you’ve actually spent $1200 on an app. Which you haven’t. You have 2 reviews on flip for 2 items which don’t even equal enough for a free item. I was on the app for nearly 2 years. I did spend THOUSANDS of dollars. They do still owe me hundreds of dollars. The whole reason we are posting these reviews is so that other people don’t get screwed over like we did.

The app was great until I started getting double charged for things I never received, my videos that got thousands of views I never got paid out for, there was always an excuse or reason for why something accidentally happened. Months and months of this. I believed it. Until I caught them LYING to our faces. Saying things were equal, while saying at the same time it’s basically a pyramid scheme. Within a matter of a few weeks they’ve revamped the entire site to influencers only. Everyone you see on there has a following of 10-20k elsewhere. Flip is paying them to do reviews & rewarding them with free merch. They’ve already taken away the opportunity for any ordinary person to even make PENNIES. You should know this you don’t even have any followers on the app. Come on now.

I was banned from the app for posting the conversation WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not want you to know what the truth is, but go on ahead & think whatever you want. What you won’t do is come at me sideways when you ARE CLEARLY MISTAKEN.

Don’t be a grown woman complaining about a child who was doing skin care reviews for fun that you NEVER watched bc everything was private. THAT’S WEIRD.

While you’re at it, don’t claim to have talked to Gucci, Balenciaga, or Chloe when we have all reached out and have emails from the companies themselves saying that they are in no way affiliated w/Flip, Flip.shop, or Humans, Inc. and advised us to NOT purchase products from the company BECAUSE of this very reason.

If we could post pictures on HERE we’d post them. FLIP KNOWS THIS. It’s why they keep trying to get all of our reviews taken down & sending people to harass us. Since kicking me off fake accounts have been made with my name, they e hacked my bank account, i haven’t been paid, before kicking me off they were harassing me & my daughter ON THE APP. They know exactly what they’re doing.

The review by Locro below is NOT authentic. She claims she spent 1200 and had 600 of savings/freebies BUT her Flip cart shows receiving a total of $680 worth of products to include both spent and freebies (not including the discount)… In addition to any items currently in her cart (not purchased). She also has only 2 reviews on Flip… which makes it impossible to receive multiple free items from every purchase.
It is these types of fake reviews that drown out the REAL experience of users who have been harassed and discriminated against by Flip.
Also - there is NO way Gucci told you they are an authorized dealer. Why distort the truth? What do you have to gain? Maybe the glasses are authentic BUT the issue is that Flip, again lies, claiming they partner directly with brands AND that the glasses can’t be authenticated by Gucci. I guess u never heard of DHGate that also provides authenticity cards?!
Well, maybe some items are authentic BUT the issue with TEMU products being sold on Flip is that the average user is not aware and hence is deceived!!!

Well I have left one other review about Flip before this & today it’s officially 1 star and not even 2 anymore because to add on Today and many days before I’ve been it seems like talking to an automated message system because the answers are always the same on q and it keeps stating it’s working hard to pay my earnings and dispute any and all problems….
WELL…. No surprise they still haven’t done anything to help erase my content and my very private information as in my address, credit & debit cards and as I mentioned to get my earnings back from my honest reviews and I’m exhausted and they even stopped my last order from coming through its still in the same location LA as it was 7-10 days ago it’s just ridiculous that they treat loyal customers and reviewers that help their company if you want to call them that we were treated very badly at the End!!!
SO MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT ENTERING FLIP I UNDERSTAND BUT BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE INFORMATION IN WHICH YOU GIVE FLIP BECAUSE IF & WHEN THEY DO KICK YOU OFF THERE SIGHT WITH A BULL CRAP EXCUSE YOUR INFORMATION AND ALL IS LOST. This Is by far the worst app I’ve ever been on they lured me in then when they didn’t like being questioned and don’t like your question or anything your account gets blocked and access denied.

Many issues had been occurring on this Flip App belonging to Humans. Inc . Among them they state that if a customer refers the site and the referral produces earnings both parts get 30.00. I made two positive referrals and only knew the name of one person. They had me contact that person ( who had already received her 30.00 to have her contact them in order for them to investigate.) They did and found that they owed me the referral fee, which they said would be posted to my account. It wasn’t so I kept texting them asking when that amount would be given. I then received an email from them accusing me of violating a guideline without specifics or an explanation. I additionally had reviewed multiple times and had Flip Cash in my account that I worked for. They then BLOCKED me from accessing the App and my account, so I can not retrieve my rightful money earned, the 30 they owed me or delete sensitive and private information that I do not want getting into a hackers hands ( which I heard has happened from reviews posted here). Their ratings are not good but I initially trusted them. Sadly they started to change their guidelines , such as amounts needed to be spent for free gifts). I have written them multiple emails. It seems that this company has done the same to a number of other reviewers . Many who are reviewing truthfully and even being contacted by the Cosmetic companies thanking them for their reviews . I had two companies reach out to me in appreciation. If they can do this to regular hard working customers who are helping them succeed, I can’t imagine what else can be going on that we are not aware of . I honestly reviewed all my bought products and I researched ingredients etc in order to give quality reviews. Some products came damaged but they helped replace them. I never returned any product even when some looked as if they were used.I received a great Lip Plumper by CosRX that when opened had red lipstick mixed into it, as if used. I took top layer off and kept product. The Transparency is missing from a company that has a great concept but lacks in treating their customers with respect , especially when we are regular everyday folks. Some of their reviewers recruit in other platforms ( like Instagram)and do not identify themselves as connected to the company in any other way but customers like us. Sadly on other platforms they DO show their relationship with the company , so initially every new customer thinks everyone is a regular reviewer with no personal connection to Flip. They describe they platform as regular people giving honest reviews, which I did as many others.Everything should be told to consumers. I have screenshots of every communication because they debated so many issues. I hope they resolve these issues and allow customers to retrieve their earnings and manage the information they shared on this site. It started out a great experience but when we don’t produce enough, it just seemed like things changed. Reviewers are good hard working people! They give their time, honest reviews and spend 100s of dollars and should have been shown more consideration and respect. I would advise anyone thinking of starting this to not provide personal information, to read guidelines everyday and screenshot everything, or simply buy products directly from these fine companies, that often offer great sales. For me, this has been an incredibly stressful experience, especially since I am not being given my earnings and not being permitted to delete sensitive information that belongs to ME.

Ok flip I can screenshot your response being a generic response to many others yet not at all addressing any of my complaints or concerns! The gratis does not reflect my high end skincare purchases! Instead you are offering me pet supplies! Your excuses are a joke! You cater to influencers! Yet it is regular joes like me who butter your bread! You better figure it out before you’re in bankruptcy! Once again flip is a flop don’t waste your time unless you are an influencer or your only in it for the discount however buyer beware they mark up the prices so you think your getting a discount your not! Maybe on some products but not all. Just spilling the T and being real! Which is what this platform(flip) says it’s about.👎
