i ordered from flimflam shop because i’ve been a fan since 2017 and i was so happy to know that they ship to europe/greece. the shipping was a bit pricey but understandable. the package was said to come in 3-4 weeks but came in 2 which made me happy and all the people that are saying the quality feels cheap probably bought from the wrong shop because that is one of the COMFIEST hoodies i’ve ever worn. okay i agree that the design looks cheap but if you zoom in on the picture you can see it is like that on there too so its not their fault for us not noticing

I ordered merchandise in November, hoping it would arrive by Christmas. Now, it's Christmas Eve, and nothing has arrived. This merchandise was a major part of my child's Christmas list. I understood the 5-week delivery window, which meant my items should have arrived during the week of the 18th. My child is a huge fan of this program and has used it as a way to cope after losing her father to suicide. Because she loves it so much, I made sure to purchase the items she wanted. I’m really disappointed.

It takes them 4-5 weeks to ship the item but even after it ships, it takes another 10 days to arrive. They charge an arm and a leg for shipping, the item should arrive faster, I ordered 2nd week of Nov for my daughter and it won't make it until Dec 28th, this was a Christmas present and it won't make it on time. I will never buy anything again from this store.

It was high quality, can’t wait for the next drop so I can buy some more!

it seems people are complaining about the store "official flim-flam store" which is a knock off and is not alberts merchandise store

I've gotten my merch, though it was delayed for about 3 weeks, which is ridiculous, but I just want to put out how cheap the material feels. The hoodie it's self is very soft on the inside and comfy, but the actual design literally just feels like a sticker, and if you look at it the design just looks low quality and not good. I love flimflam, flamingo, but I'm 100% never buying this merch again. I can go to a goodwill and find better than this for 6$

Ordered a hoodie in an XL. Flimflam shop sent it in a L. It was way small even for a large. The quality seemed pretty cheap for $45, like something my daughter would order from Shein, but that is besides the point. I returned it since they sent the wrong size and they refunded the cost of the hoodie but not the shipping. I questioned why they would not refund the shipping since it was their mistake. I did not receive an answer, so now I'm out $15 with nothing to show for it because they messed up. I get that their items sell out so they can afford to lose customers, but it would be nice if they could just do the right thing. Guess that's too much to ask.

This is the second time I ordered from Flimflam. The hoodie received in 2021 was good quality and arrived in timely manner (US --> UK). The tops I ordered in 2022 however, I was really disappointed with the quality. I actually thought I got scammed. The T-shirst were poor quality fabric, felt plastic-y and were practically see through. The print felt like it was DIY ironed on. I tried to check the tags to see what material T-shirt was made of just to find out the tags were poorly cut off. I wouldn't be surprised if I bought it for a fiver from ebay, but for a merch from the official website, you'd expect some higher standards and quality for the price. Just disappointed.

I ordered merch for my daughter on 11/11/22 and expected it to ship 3-5 weeks later. Numerous emails were sent asking when it would be shipped after the date had passed and I just kept getting automatic responses. Finally the merch arrived yesterday 13/01/23 and the hoodie is defective the tshirt also is and it’s much smaller than advised on website and no response from seller. Avoid at all costs as expensive problem now to have and a disappointed daughter

I wrote a review a week ago and I wanted to go back in and edit my review, however I couldn’t figure out how to so I decided to write a new one. Long story short, my order was placed Nov. 17th. The company said it would be 3-5 weeks until shipped. It was shipped after the 5 weeks. I reached out to request a shipping refund, as my order wasn’t sent out on time and it did impact my son’s Christmas because he is older now, doesn’t play with toys, and literally only asked for 2 presents. And one of the two (this sweatshirt) didn’t come in on time. After requesting the shipping refund THREE TIMES, they finally did refund me the shipping today. The quality of the sweatshirt was good. No fading or melting like other reviews said. It is soft and exactly as advertised. I am taking away a star due to not getting my order on time and having to send multiple emails to customer service before they made good of my request. However, because the product is good quality, and they did finally do good by me and returned my shipping fee, I believe they deserve a higher rating than I previously gave them and I like to tell the whole story so everyone knows the facts. So you can disregard my previous review.

We also ordered on November 11th 2022 and got the same generic email about shipping taking 3-5 weeks. I have ordered from the site before and never had an issue so I'm not sure whats different. I sent an email today and I'm hoping I get a reply. I paid over $150 dollars and my kiddos keep asking where their merch is. Sad situation

I would give this company a -10. There product is defective and the company won't stand their items. I bought a hoodie for my son for Christmas. Was the hoodie inside out and in cold water and air dried. The graphics are fading off after one wash. Customer service will not do8ng anything saying its normal usage. Once again my son had this for 1 day and a 50$ hoodie. Unacceptable and very disappointing. I will never buy from them again.

Waiting over 6 weeks without even a notification of shipping. Responses when I try to get help are automated and very unhelpful. I have tried to get an update 4 different times without getting anywhere. Do not order from them. I'm starting to suspect its a scam.
