Escroquerie!!!! J’aurais dû lire les avis avant!! J’ai payé un billet mais comme d’autres, on m appelle pour me dire que c était juste l’allée et que si je ne prend pas le retour, j aurais juste l’allée et si j’annule ce n’est pas remboursé…resultat…ca m’a couté le double!!!

Went on website to book flight tickets the night before. Got booking request acknowledgment, stated price include baggage. Next morning, an agent called to say booking not included baggage. That is scam. I have to pay cancellation fee.

Il affichent des prix moins chers, puis ils appellent pour demander des suppléments (400$ dans mon cas), si tu refuse d'ajouter, ils t'arnaquent simplement l'achat n'est pas remboursable ni échangeable.

Objet : Réclamation pour pratique commerciale trompeuse sur le prix d’un billet d’avion

Madame, Monsieur,

Je vous écris pour porter à votre attention une situation que je considère comme une arnaque concernant le prix d’un billet d’avion que j’ai récemment acheté.

Le 20 Janvier 2025 j’ai réservé un billet pour un vol d’Afrique via flighttrotters. Lors de la réservation, le prix affiché était de 1444,61$ Cependant, ils m’ont demandé un surplus de plus de 500$ pour des raisons X sinon en cas d’annulation je serai facturé de 150$ et tout cela lors d’un appel avec un certain manager nommé Chris qui ne parle que anglais.

Cette différence de prix n’a pas été clairement justifiée, et aucune information préalable sur des frais supplémentaires n’a été communiquée avant la confirmation de mon achat, en violation des règles de transparence tarifaire applicables aux services de transport aérien (règlement CE n°1008/2008).

Voici un résumé des faits :
• Le prix initialement annoncé était : 1444,61$
• Frais supplémentaire communiqué est de plus de 500$
• Aucune mention de frais de gestion, taxes additionnelles, surcharges n’était visible avant la confirmation du paiement, car sur le site c’est bien écrit noir sur blanc : « Les billets d'avion ne sont garantis qu'une fois l'achat terminé et les billets émis. Les compagnies aériennes et autres fournisseurs de voyages peuvent modifier leurs prix sans preavis... Cependant, aucune augmentation de prix n'affectera votre forfait de voyage une fois votre réservation finalisée. » Cependant la dernière phrase en dit tout sur des éventuelles augmentations de prix et même l’agent qui m’a appelé me disait toujours que « les prix sont pas remboursables » chose qui est anodine car si tu n’as pas consommé le produit tout est remboursable. J’aurai accepté la facturation de 150$ en cas d’annulation si le problème venait de moi mais c’est le cas contraire car vous essayez d’attirer les gens puis les arnaquer en mettant des « tarifs promotionnels » ce qui change la donne une fois que vous essayer de demander des surplus de prix nous acheteurs, nous achetons ce que nous voyons et ce que nous lisons mais pas ce que vous imaginez car nous ne jouons pas aux devinettes pour savoir que vous allez nous facturer des surplus après.

1. Le remboursement immédiat des prix facturés sur ma carte de credit
2. Une explication écrite sur la raison de cette surfacturation.

Dans le cas où je ne recevrais pas une réponse satisfaisante dans un délai de 3 jours , je me réserve le droit de signaler cette pratique aux autorités compétentes, notamment à la Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes (DGCCRF).
Je reste à votre disposition pour toute question ou complément d’information et espère une résolution rapide et à l’amiable de ce litige.

Booked online. Got an email with booking details but tickets were never booked. Got a call from an agent trying to ask for more money by either making up story about luggage not included or promotional price ticket etc

This is ONE of MANY companies where travel agents are assigned a false western name to attract flight buys at cheap price when the price actually does not exist. They then try to get you on the phone to sell you the ticket at an expensive rate to make money.

There are too many of these including Flight Office, Flight Guru, Flight Crew, Cheapnfly, HolidayCart and I am sure many others.

Absolute time waster and frankly dodgy business, booked with them through their website, had an email confirming the booking, 3 days called them, they said they couldn't get me the price with the airline and apologised, that's it? couldn't believe it, they didn't take any money out but I did provide them with my card details and family members info, absolutely disgusting. Will certainly be reporting them.

To the customer service reply received 05/12, you are saying prices are dynamic, why asking me for my payment card then? why asking me to provide my family details? why not put in black and white 'THAT YOU SHOWING THE PRICES TO BRING IN CUSTOMERS HOPING TO HONOUR YOUR PRICE?' how about 'REMOVE THE PRICE' from your website, its misleading and conniving, its a SCAM

Absolutely shocking and unprofessional service.

I purchased a ticket on 24th November and received an email stating it was being processed. However, upon calling their customer service today, I encountered a rude, unhelpful, and utterly unprofessional operator. He claimed they had been trying to contact me, yet I had received no communication—no emails or calls—from their office.

He then informed me that my ticket had been cancelled due to an issue with the airline. When I requested email confirmation of the cancellation, he dismissively stated, “There’s no need to send you a confirmation because it’s been cancelled,” and abruptly hung up on me.

I called again and spoke to another representative, who initially couldn’t provide a reason for the cancellation. Then, after fumbling through the details, he claimed my payment hadn’t gone through.

They have completely wasted my time, and now I am forced to purchase a new ticket for over £1,000—one I could have bought for £600 had they been upfront.

This level of service is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend this dodgy company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money—book your ticket elsewhere!

This is a summary of this fraudulent activity.
On Sunday, November 24th, I purchased four roundtrip tickets from Montreal to London and back on their website for a total of CAD $2232.52. After entering my credit card information and confirming the purchase, I received an email stating that my request was being under processed. The following day, Monday, November 25th, I contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my ticket confirmation. A person named Frank informed me that my return flight was on a waiting list and its status would not be confirmed until the day of the flight. He then offered me a more expensive flight wich he can confirm. When we mentioned cancellation, he said that there would be a $600 cancellation fee (I questioned why a flight that was not yet confirmed would incur a cancellation fee). Nowhere in the ticketing process was there any mention of a waiting list.And it is completely meaningless that a person pay all the price for waiting list and cancelation fee for tiket which is not confirmed.
Frank pressured us into accepting the increased cost, and after that, he changed the price twice and asked us to reply to the email confirming the flight. We had no choice because we had booked connecting flights based on this ticket and would have had to pay cancellation fees for those as well if we didn't accept.
We replied to the email, but then he called again and changed the travel date, which was not at all feasible for us. He said we either had to change the date or accept another price increase.
They changed the price 3 times.
Finally, we spoke to someone named Chris last night who introduced himself as a manager. He offered us a different flight than the one Frank had proposed, and asked us to reply to the email confirming it.
To gain our trust, Chris sent us a ticket that showed that the new flight had been confirmed for us, but when I looked at the ticket issue date, it was November 24th, while we spoke to Chris on the 25th and had not yet confirmed his email.
This leads me to believe that either the sent ticket doesn't exist at all, and the whole thing is a scam, or the ticket was issued on the 24th and there was no waiting list at all. They only did all this to pressure us into paying more.
Additionally, they changed the baggage allowance multiple times throughout the process.
And incresse the price about 700 CAD just for Caryon bag.
When I read the reviews of their website , I realized that this was their modus operandi. They first offer a price, trap the customer, and then repeatedly increase the price for various reasons such as changing baggage allowance, seat unavailability, waiting list, etc.
They cause lots of problem for us.we had to cancel our other ticket that we purchesd base on this and pay cancelation fee...
DONT TRUST THEM.

J’ai trouvé un billet avec un prix très attrayante, J’ai reçu ma confirmation de paiement et l’a réservation. Le lendemain, ils m'ont contacté pour me dire qu’il n’y avait plu de vols à ce prix là. Je leur ai dit que j’ai ma confirmation et le tout es passé, que ce n’est pas ma responsabilité, c’est à eux d’avoir les tarifs à jour. La réponse de la personne (Vous n’avez pas lu notre politique, nous pouvons augmenter les prix…..) Pour commencer, j’ai du répéter pour être servi en French ou en espagnole. La fille ou téléphone voulais que j’accepte sa proposition même si je lui disait que je n’allais rien accepter ,car je ne comprenais pas bien l’anglais. Alors, que j’allais rappeler ds 2h avec une personne qui parlait bien Anglais. Ce que la fille a refusé. Donc je lui ai dit j’ai parlé à quelqu’un en Français ou en espagnol. Finalement, une personne parle en espagnol. Ma solution été tu paies de plus pour ton billet d’avion, tu changes de date de voyage, tu fais des cales, et tu voyages de nuit. Tout le contraire à ce que j’avais acheté. Donc, je leur demande le remboursement de mon argent et ils dissent que je n’ai pas acheté leur assurance pour cela. Donc , on s’entende, tu paies plus pour ton billet ou tu perte ce que tu a déjà paie. la personne au téléphone ZÉRO collaboratif il veut juste qu’on paye encore pour les billets. CETTE COMPAGNIE EST ZÉRO RECOMMANDÉ.

Je n’ai jamais mais JAMAIS vu une compagnie aussi mal intentionnée. Ils te rajoutent des frais qui te disent qu’ils vont rembourser, encore sur la carte de crédit. Lorsque j’ai téléphoné pour un vol, la dame m’a suggérer un autre vol soit disant moins cher, ce qui était faux, mais elle m’a quand même demandé si je voulais le nouveau vol qu’elle venait de m’envoyer. J’ai dit oui, mais ceux si on écrit des noms sur les billets qui n’étaient pas correct. La dame a pris pour acquis les noms alors qu’on nous parlions du vol. J’ai envoyé 3 emails, j’ai fini par entrer en contact avec leur superviseur Vince. Service de MARDE. Il se déresponsabilise complètement de l’erreur de son employé Kathia. Me menace qu’il a la preuve que j’ai approuvé, alors que j’avais approuver le vol. Je ne savais même pas que les noms était sur le email envoyé. Lorsque j’ai tenter de rejoindre la compagnie aérienne, aucune possibilité de les contacter sauf sur watsapp, et sa ne fonctionne pas du tout . Donc j’ai 1 billet d’avion avec le bon nom et celui de mon enfant n’est pas le bon. On me demande d’acheter un autre billet d’avion pour lui. 1200 dollars de plus car ils ne veulent pas changer le nom de famille. Je les ai contacter sans délais. Aucun respect de la loi du consommateur . NE FAITE JAMAIS AFFAIRE AVEC EUX. Perte de temps et perte d’argent!!!!

Support sucks and claim it is my problem while all tickets from other agency are fine. And require me to pay 75 pounds for name change due to their system fault!!!!

Said I booked 2 flight - to cancel one it will cost £30. But didn’t even book one. They said the price is a lot higher. Got my card details. So I had to cancel the card and get a new one

Is so freaking wrong, I booked a flight to Kuala Lumpur, and suddenly, there is an agent notifying that there is not luggage included, that would cost me over 294£ then he tried to sell me off other different flights with 37h that where costing 120£less that the one I got. He was trying to appear as a polite & helpful but not at all... I could hear the fake voice telling me that was my fault for not asking what type of luggage was included, but it is not specify anywhere!!!! Then he told me that as a favor he will let me to cancelled for 30£, when I did the cancellation payment he actually he tried to make me to do it twice by telling me that he didn't get the money!!!!! Whaaaaat ???
