Do NOT book through FlightHub
I booked a flight through flight hub. They rescheduled the first leg of my return flight without changing the other connecting flights. I called their customer service and they asked me to pay a whole bunch of fees to reschedule the first leg that they changed. They also refused to put on a different flight on the same day. Total nonsense! pay a bit more to the airline directly to avoid dealing with Flighthub scam!

I bought my tickets through flighthub because the carry on luggage was included. Then I received my confirmation email from Avianca and the carry on luggage wasn’t included and now I have to pay over 200 dollars if I want to bring a carry on???Apparently they have different types of tickets and mine were XS and should have bought an S. That could have been easily done through the Avianca website for extra 50 dollars. After checking the Avianca website I learnt the tickets though flighthub costed me more than booking an XS through the Avianca website. I tried to call flighthub and after waiting for almost an hour I gave up, then checked online and learnt some people have waited longer than that just to be told that the info they have online is “guidance” and they aren’t responsable for luggage fees, how convenient, That’s a scam!! I will never use this service again, such a shame from a Canadian company, I thought I could trust them.
I wish I could get my money back in full so I can book directly with the airline.

I had to purchase another ticket at the airport at Abbotsford on my way to Newyork and spent 1130 CAD additional, as flight hub did not give me proper confirmation code and refused to accept their mistake. The ticket they issued was not useful. The stress of the situation was huge.

I don't know how they are still in business
This is a scam operation. I booked 2 tickets in April for flights 7 months in the future. (2500.00). 1 leg of the trip was cancelled by a partner airline. That was 4 months ago. A refund and rebooking "is not possible because of the airline policy". Flighthub wants you to say you will cancel, so they can charge you 500.00 per ticket. Common phrases: "waiting to hear back from the airline" " the other airline refuses to refund your ticket". I phoned the other airline- no record of Flighthub contact. It's a scam. They take your money and if any part of the flight is cancelled or changed by the airlines- you lose your money. "Sorry- it's policy. We are waiting to hear back." It's theft. You will be told "you shouldn't have booked with a 3rd party". Expensive lesson.

They reduced the ticket price by 300 plus dollars after a few days of booking. They refused to refund the difference stating bs terms & conditions. Last time using their service. Look around and find better place to book your flights.

Worst experience ever. FlightHub only care about how to take your money and no service at all. I recently bought a ticket for mom to travel to Canada. Due to COVID-19, the airline change the initial flight, so I need to call FlightHub to accept the new flight, I called them 5 times, and every time what they say is: they will write an urgent email please wait 3-5 hours, I waited and waited. At the last call, I only have 2 hours left before the flight departure, and my old mom is left on the airport hopeless, I asked the agent how long I have wait, then he tell me that he didn't see any urgent email under my profile. I don't know how to express my anger at that time. Luckily, we get help from the airline itself, thanks to Air Canada, they help us fix the issue. If it is important flight, never use FlightHub.
FlightHub has the worst Agents!!!
I booked a flight which had to be cancelled because my husband has to write an exam and his exam date was changed. I called flight hub the next day to inquire about refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund and only be given a fare credit. The agent I spoke with told me I would be charged for $75 each per passenger, with no extra cost and that my credit was valid for a year and I could fly domestic wit. It as my ticket was a domestic ticket. (This was all fine with me).
I called on Monday as I had not received any confirmation email about my cancellation abs had also received an email from flight Hub to call. When I called the agent confirmed that I my flight had been cancelled, he went on to state that k would be charged $100 per passenger to rebook my flight. I expressed to him that I was it aware of this charge and it was not mentioned to me by the 1st agent I spoke with. He put me on hold and came back and said that they would investigate my chat with the 1st agent and that if they find that he omitted to tell me that information FlightHub would pay for that penalty. So I agreed to that and asked that a confirmation email be sent once they had finalized KT. He to me it would take 2-3 days for the investigation to happen and they could send an email confirmation. So I waited all week for that email which never came.
I decided to call on Saturday night a to confirm cancellation and also check possible dates and fares for travel. The 1st agent I spoke to this time said I had to pay $175 dollars per passenger to rebook my flight. OMG this was the 3rd time I was hearing something different from these agents. I expressed my concerns about initially not being informed about this charge and how 3 agents had all given my different information regarding rebooking. This agents absolutely was very disrespectful and was commanding me to go in my email and go and read about my fare terms. Even though I tried to explain to him that these misinformations from the agents was not right and needed tombs addressed. He refused to help me and when I asked for the Manager to me i can hang up and call again and talk to another agent because he won’t be able to transfer me.
I hanged up called again and this time spoke to a female agent. She also refused to address my concerns and wouldn’t listen to me. Flight hub was going to charge me $500 To change a flight date even though they had to me it would cost me $75 per passenger.
I am so frustrated with FlightHub agents and how unreasonable and disrespect they are. I will not book with flight hub ever again!
Flight was cancelled, with no useful help provided
The airline cancelled one of our 6 flights for a return trip that had 2 layovers.
Instead of finding an alternative flight for the one part that had been cancelled, FlightHub offered us the following solutions:
- An alternative flight that left 12h originally than planned. We accepted this, only to be told that we had to pay an addtional $400 for the return trip (that was not impacted at all by the flight cancellation). I asked them to look into this, and advise why we were being charged additional money for a flight that wasn't changing. They said they would look into it and that it was MY responsibility to call back and get an update.
- When I called back 12h for an update, the new rep had no record of this information, and spent 30 mins to find an alternative flight POTENTIAL that he did not have approval to book, which added an additional layover into a new country that we had not been previously stopping through (Covid spread anyone??!).
- The only other option provided was to cancel the whole trip (but they would have to get approval of this from the airline first), which would take 5-8 weeks to process. The representative recommended this option, despite being aware that this trip was in 3 weeks, and was for a wedding, where the booked flights were for the BRIDE AND GROOM of said wedding.
After checking the booking online again later, there was finally an option to self select a new flight option on the online (previously it just kept saying that we had to call to get options for flight changes), which seemed to have most of the same original flights. I obviously accepted this change, and after waiting 5 minutes for this to process, only to find out that FOUR out of the original 6 flights were now cancelled, and only part of the return trip was processed. No refund. No other options.
To say that I am upset that I am now looking at shelling out another $6k to book flights for me and my fiance in order to attend our own wedding where everything is booked and paid, is an understatement. FlightHub accepts no responsibility for this situation. They were happy to take our money months ago for the flights, and now they're just blaming the airline for everything.
The customer service rep was absolutely disrespectful, and while I can empathise that it seems he was not empowered to do anything, I felt like he should have not have been outright rude to both me and my fiance. Flighthub, I strongly recommend you QA this call.
UPDATE: After conceding to pay additional fees to get most of my flights back, EVEN THOUGH I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS, I received notification to call FlightHub immediately (Because they can never actually put anything incriminating in writing??) to advise me that the flights I paid even more for on top of the original payment for ALL of the flights, was 'rejected' by the airline. I cannot even comprehend what is happening at FlightHub, where they would do this to a person, and not even process a flight rescheduling after paying all the additional fees, surcharges, and fare differences.

The Worst Travel Agency ever. Bought more than 6 Tickets from them, and when I had to request a refund it took them 25 days to ask the airline if they can give me a refund and now I had to call them to request the refund which who knows how long it will take. When I asked who I can complain to about the travel agency, the representative DANE said that he doesn't have those informations. I asked to talk to the manager, he said he can not transfer me a manager and he can request for a manager to call me back. when I asked, When I should be expecting a call from the manager the response from the Rep was that he doesn't know. I am not sure, what the rep exactly knew!!!!!

First time booking with flight hub. Wouldn't patronize their service again. It takes forever to get to an agent and requests are often not attended to. Very frustrating, agents promise they would work on your request but things are left unattended.

What a mess . no customer service .. problems with my name being wrong on the LATHAM part of the trip..i am frequent flyer with aircanada so after a while got the seat figured out kept saying contact the booking agent ,,now that is funny..i called aircanada two hours on hold but got it done..They booked me on Latham airlines but my name is wrong only first and last not full name as per passport so i will have to buy another ticket .cant reach flight hub no way ..airline keeps saying call them ...The worst experience ever had in 25 years flying..DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR DONT USE FLIGHT HUB..OR EXPEDIA ..CALL THE AIRLINES THEY WILL GIVE BETTER PRICE AND NO HASSLES..YOU WILL LOSE DAYS TRYING TO FIX THIER MISTAKES..
