Team in Dunedin , particularly Mikayla has been fantastic, responsive and really helpful when we first booked our trip but also a few recent changes that were needed. So far, our experience with the team has been excellent.

I have to say, this is the first time I've used Flight Center for my travels. To be honestly true the assistance I've received from Mikayla was above and beyond what I'd have expected. Traveling with a service dog can be quite daunting. Mikayla had everything sorted right down to early seating, making it a breeze and no added stress for my dog. Great service, will definitely be telling everyone the ease of Traveling, I've received from the flight center Dunedin

Mikayla made the process less daunting. It was good to go to NYC first and Hawaii on the way back. More bang for your buck. A wonderful trip made easier through my dealings with Flight Centre ✈️

I have booked flights in the past, but this time the experience was awesome, Liv was such a great help, I booked my flights to Cairns Australia first and then from here she helped me book the flight for my family to come over after me, she was so awesome highly recommend if you are too book flights at Flight Centre lol for Liv sure is they're best. Our advisor, Kate Greeve, was very good, I was happy with the final itinerary and I would book through her again. The only thing I was not happy about was the payment process. I didn’t want to pay a card surcharge so opted to pay by online banking, immediately emailing proof of payment. There was then an almost 24hr delay before our booking was finalised. This could have impacted our seat selection. I think this is something Flight Centre should look at.

I have begun working with Hannah from Dunedin for my business travel. She is quick, accurate and friendly. Highly recommend :)

Hannah greatly helped us out, once again. This time with the big ticket ideas for a round the world trip. I think this is the 3rd or 4th time over the years our family have leant on Hannah’s expertise to plan holidays, and I can’t imagine using anyone else. Always available, always quick and with great solutions. As a Wellingtonian I actually can’t remember how I even ended up finding a travel agent in Dunedin… but I am glad we did.
