Avoid. Majority of ticket sellers allow you to resell through legitimate avenues like tixel. Not this mob. They have designed their app to so that it prevents you from legitimately onselling a purchased ticket. Pdf upload, email, and ticket seller/ticket url avenues all used but its like they have locked it down. This was a sold out event - upper vibe, selling for less than i paid, i couldn't go and so many were wanting tickets. Stupid! Will avoid at all costs and stick to the main players here in australia. Customer service were not helpful.

Helpline and on the ground staff were amazing. Such care taken with customer service. I attended the UB40 event in Pukekohe recently. They really handle customer queries on a case by case basis which I think is brilliant. They made me feel valued and respected. It was also a really well run event. Can't speak highly enough. Thank you so much!!!

Just randomly cancelled my tickets 4 days before the event - and the event was not cancelled. Hard to believe this is legal. Support admitted an error in selling the same seats to others. I mean - this is what you do.
