This feedback was for you "Jeffrey Walker" because you deal with me like a robot not a friendly customer , You always redirect me to the help section instead of replying to me When i asked about the tax & Duties estimations for my products and this is the minimum you should provide for free for a customer like me and you , trying to bill that to me , and delayed that and i end up in the Trump list with a loss ... I contacted flexport customer service about that I contacted the CEO of flexport about that in linkedin to told them that i never get this bad experience with Flexport ... i'm used to get great service & great communication and i requested them to change my team ...
But no replies !!! And i wans not able to cancel my shipments ... i canceled just one , to let the supplier take care of this
So Disappointed !!!!
Poor Customer Service. Excessive Costs Incurred.
The overall shipping, tracking and customs clearance experience was ok. Problems arose with renewing a U.S. Continuous Import Bond. I paid the full bond renewal fee via the flexport platform and received email confirmation from the bond support representative; however, 5 weeks later when the shipment arrived, the bond showed expired. As a result, I incurred an additional Single Entry Bond fee in addition to the continuous bond fee previously incurred. The service and management reps showed no interest in properly addressing the matter.

Was looking forward to simplifying our incoming container/freight process with flexport and that did not happen. They tell you what you want to hear once you agree to do business then everything changes. There is no customer service, if you have a questions that you would like to speak to someone about you must schedule an appointment at their convenience which all reps we ever talked to were on east coast time. Billing charges were ridiculous. We showed our bill to our new current freight forward along with another company who has been shipping containers for 20+ years and they had never seen some of the charges flexport claimed to be "standard". Not only are they now charging 30% more than other freight forwarders they shipped a container without our authorization. Would defiantly stay clear of this company, they are doing whatever they can to get as much money out of you.

Pretty bad experience right off the bat. Submitted a quote reques. They said I’d receive a quote in 24 hours. Waited for two days... nothing, crickets. I called them and I was forwarded to a voicemail. Left a message, a few days later still nothing. Called again, I was advised to send an email. I finally got a response asking about the volume of the shipment. Apparently, 6-10 shipments per year are not big enough for them. That would have been fine if they said that right away or put this info on their website. I will not use or recommend Flexport.
Bad experience...
I was keen to use this freight forwarder after I could see that they had made an effort to build a decent platform where I could track and monitor my shipment.
However, I don't recommend them at all. Anyone who has shipped from China will know how frustrating the process is. This forwarder was late at every stage and when my goods arrived in the US, there were SO many delays.
Also there are many hidden costs which is probably why I felt the quote was so low in the first place. They simply hide a lot of fees that they add on later.
I don't recommend Flexport to anyone who is concerned with staying in stock and for their goods to arrive on time.
