Had made an order of November last year. I only recieved part of my items that I purchased. I contacted them repeatedly and received no updates. I still haven't received half of my order neither.

Deleted My Previous Review After the Flexliving reached out...
I deleted my previous review after the company reached out. This is me updating it.
I ordered months ago, expecting it for Christmas. ...Had to ask customer service why it hadn’t shipped multiple times, and they kept pushing the shipping dates with no notice. (You had to find the small print on the site, it kept changing.) Finally shipped 2 weeks ago after repeatedly asking, and dozens of emails hounding me to buy more stuff... Like daily.
I still do not have my 1 item, and now being asked to review it... It's been months since I ordered, 2 weeks since it shipped, and the delivery site gives no delivery date, so I don't expect it anytime soon, if at all? So much for offering me "priority shipping”and that refund for my shipping which they offered and then did not do.
Trashy unethical company. Won’t be buying from them again, and will be calling the bank for a chargeback sooner then later, since it seems like I will never get my jacket.
This company doesn't respect their customers. Do not give them your money, they will not provide the products they sold you, and will give you the runaround. Their words are hot air, because their actions show they really don't care. Fair warning.

Upon checking now, your order is already in shipment. However, carrier would need to update your tracking information once it'll enter your country. Sometimes, Customs would likely to hold longer the package and eventually release
your package once determined checking is done. Thus, international orders would likely to have longer shipping period and we would like to apologize if tracking information seems taking it for days to update.

Terrible online shopping experience! Bad Shipping estimates
Terrible online shopping experience!! Ordered over $400 worth of items in 3 separate orders the day after Thanksgiving and few days after that. Still waiting on pants they had in stock when my jackets were in stock and now the pants are back on back order!!! They've taken my money and will not answer my email on the pants. Told I would have this by end of December.... Just like so many other orders, mine is no different. They take your money leave you to wait, MONTHS!! I wanted this outfit for New Years party and did not receive one flipping item I actually needed. Won't purchase from them, again.

Miserable experience
Miserable experience with this company. Item purchased in early November on their “pre-ordered” status with expected delivery late December. No reply to three separate emails requesting update on the order status in early January. This mirrors other reviews here as well: when they encounter a fulfillment problem, your attempts to communicate are ignored, refund attempts get initially stonewalled with a new nebulous ’expected’ delivery date, and you must go through all this ridiculous time-consuming effort to receive a refund, finally, from an overseas rep on chat. It’s better to just dispute with your credit card company after the first ignored email to their after the fact lame mea culpa customer service. Reputable companies don’t charge you for items until the item ships out when on pre-order. Ask yourself why they can’t do the same. Never again.

I absolutely love everything I have ever received from leggings, shorts, tops and hats. I have had to swap out a few times for size change and the customer service is above and beyond. You will not be disappointed in this company. I give them 10 stars!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased a pair of shorts and within less than a yeah an entire panel of the shorts discolored. And I emailed support and the only answer they had was to give me a 30% off coupon because the shorts were past the 30 day return policy. How are you gonna sells short for almost 60$ a pair that don’t even last a year with light wear. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. i will never be purchasing from this company again. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know who does purchase from this brand not to support them any further.

Best Shorts Ever
Ordered the short bodybuilding shorts in heather grey, they were amazing, and had to order another pair, this time in dark camo. Fits true to size. So sleek and perfect fit, very aesthetic. The new pair had a small rip from the tag, and just by mentioning it to Flex, they sent me a new pair without a lengthy investigation or having to wait to send the old pair back. Really great customer service and product, I'm a fan!

They will lie and steal your money
Waited over two months to receive an order that was always on back order. They refused to cancel the order or issue a refund. Ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank.
Flexliving sent me an email acknowledging the dispute and saying they would cancel my order. Almost a month later they denied the dispute and sent my bank a receipt claiming the order was placed properly, 30 days after THEY cancelled it themselves.
These people are crooks and cheats. Also, I’ve seen their products, it’s all cheaply made, poorly represented junk from China, not worth the time or money.

The products were awesome. Shipping took a while but it is understandable since it is international shipping but it arrived to me all the way down under. Screw this company
Screw this company. Run for the hills!!! They will take yourr money and never send you the item(s) you ordered. Ha! Forget about receiving a tracking number. If you email them, they're reply is nonchalant. They'll even stop replying. I was able to get my refund of $89.94 THANK GOD!!! from my credit card!!!! Negative zero stars should be allowed with them!!!!

Best workout apparel that I have ever worn so far!!! Fits my size. I know shipping may cause delays because of the current situation that we're living in. But a little patience and understanding wouldn't hurt. Will definitely buy again!!!

Just an awful company from start to finish. My preorder date was wrong repeatedly. I could never get an answer from them in a timely matter without sending an Instagram message, leaving a comment (that they’d then delete) and two emails. They shipped me the wrong size after four months of waiting (double the original timeline) and then are unable to send the proper size. They keep trying to offer me store credit like I’ll ever buy from them again. Don’t waste your time

This is the first brand that I have…
This is the first brand that I have found that is 100% what they offer is what you get. The clothes are outstanding quality and fit great. I will be shopping for my athletic wear solely from them from now on. No more Nike, Under Armor, or any of those other big names for me. This company changed the game.

4 months later without a response
Placed an order in January & still haven't received all of my items as of April. Ordered 3 items: one was cancelled, received one item, & the company will not respond about the third. Since it has been 4 months since I made my purchase, my bank will not let me dispute the charge. Would not recommend this company at all. Don't lose over $100 like me.
