Took my money £500 when they knew the flooring wasn’t in stock. When I called the bloke said he couldn’t check as the man that knows hadn’t turned up for work. What a lie. That man being the director Hassan Malik.
Next day was told he wasn’t in the country. What a lie
Then stopped answering calls. Found mobiles and Facebook and instagram, called and messaged no answer or reply. Called him on a different phone and he answered! Said he’d check if in stock and he’d call me. He didn’t.
I eventually got through to him yesterday to be told not in stock. Took them 4 days to check if in stock. Why was it advertised and why did they take my money when they couldn’t produce the goods. He’s all over social media like a great businessman whilst letting people down. I’m still waiting for a refund. Can’t buy flooring elsewhere til I get it and small children in the house.

Worst people to do business with. Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star, which is actually what they deserve. Ordered carpets, lino and laminates with plenty of notice as we were having whole house renovated. The lad told me to give him few days notice before they can fit everything in. Whole house cost me £2k and I paid around £1400 deposit. Few days before, I told them i'm ready and then the day before, he rang me telling me the carpets are not here, the supplier doesn't have them in stock and now carpets would take another 3 weeks. I ordered everything a month prior as well. I told them to fit in the laminates and the lino anyway and I will want a refund for the remainder. Refund worked out around £550. On the day of the fitting, he rings again and asks if we can delay a day because he double booked the day. I had already taken the day off work and said this won't be possible. At some luck, the customers who they 'double-booked' was a few doors down. She was having herringbone put in. So he said, they are there now and they will come to mine later. They spent most of the day there and then came to my house around 7pm. Probably half tired as well. They hadn't finished the herringbone for the other lady, and they started mine. For some reason, even though I said start at the back wall, they started in the middle of the room where the door is. They did half the work and said they will come back the next day to finish it off. So the next day comes and they finish it. They put kitchen lino in, even damaging the lino in the process. We have a small bathroom and they fitted that in too, but it was completely bent. I was busy watching them do the laminate in the living room and didn't think they could get a small box room wrong. When I questioned this, they said they started it at the door (rather than where the bathtub is), but looking at it from the door, it was still bent. I sent pictures of this and he disagreed and I told him come have a look for yourself. I had to chase him a couple of days for the refund as well. They never put in the steel door bar in which connects the living room to the kitchen. Gaps have appeared in the laminate. There was already some gaps left before they finished. Beading has not been installed properly. It has been cut into a million pieces and some beading has been missed. I chased him for a week, ignored all my messages. Went down once to see him as well, and he said he'd sort it. Said he can't do anything about the kitchen lino, I said I will let that go, but at least finish the laminate and when I asked what he can do with the bathroom lino, he said 'there's not much I can do'. I have already paid for the product and the service, and the job has not been done correctly. I asked to at least change the bathroom. I rang again beginning of the week and the fitters where with him, he showed them pictures and then said he will get them to come to my house in the week and finish the job. I left him alone for the week and now the week has passed and still nothing. Is there anyone I can actually report this to? shocking business. The only thing 'business related' they know is to take money. At this point, I don't even care for the bathroom anyway, at least finish the living room laminate. I have purchased from this place for 10 years. Never again.

Ordered and paid £25.00 delivery for vinyl flooring online on 23/08/26, was not dispatched. Called daily and was fobbed off saying they were dealing with order and would call me back, they didn't! Finally today spoke to manager (Hassan Malik) who said item out of stock and would take 5 days to get refunded, disgusting customer service, do not use!

The products are superb. The communication is good. The delivery was seamless. I will order again in the near future

Just had our carpets and wall panels done and I’m honestly so impressed with the transformation.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Flexifloors! Having bought flooring from them previously and been impressed with both the quality and service, I decided to purchase wall panels this time and once again, they did not disappoint. The panels are top quality, you can really see the difference compared to others I looked at. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.
