Absolute horrible company

Absolute horrible company. Try and call their US customer service number, and it NEVER answers (big hint). Messages aren’t returned either. Sad. Placed an order that was mis-delivered by FedEx. Notified company of the issue, and no response for multiple days, so I file a dispute with my credit card.

They then finally contact me and tell me they can only help me if I drop dispute. Soooo, I call and drop dispute only for them to go dark on me. Almost 2 weeks later and issue not resolved, and no responses. Soooo, now I have to call Visa back and reinstate original dispute. Waste of time dealing with this place. Buyer beware.

international buyers beware

International exchanges are a joke. You better hope you order the correct size, because if you need to exchange you pay the initial 10 euro shipping fee, a 20 euro "handling fee" to return it and then an additional 10 euro to ship the exchanged item - thats an additional 30 euro just to get the right size...

I ORDERED A BRA , now I cannot stop the ads!

I ORDERED A cute BRA WHICH WAS 3 X THE PRICE OF ETAM, BUT I NEEDED A COLOR MATCH. I HAD TO GIVE MY EMAIL AND NOW I AM BEING HOUNDED BY MAIL, TEXTS, AND ADS, EVERYTIME I SEARCH THE INTERNET, (VERY AGGRESSIVE ADVERTISEMENT) AND ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE SOME NICE ITEMS, THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED, bras for $200. on up for ex: I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM SO WISH THEY WOULD STOP THEIR ANNOYING ADS. I cannot afford their prices, so will not buy from them again.
for ex:$400. for a simple plain dress is for me outrageous.Their lingerie is cute
but competes with Etam, which is just as nice and 1/3 the price! I ordered on April 4, and its been ads everyday since. I cannot find an unsubscribe button!

Declining quality, designs and blow out times for returns

I have been buying items from Fleur du Mal for many years, but in the last four, noticed a serious decline in the quality of fabric, fit and make. The silk and lace are cheaper, and there are so many gimmicky designs. Wearing tomatoes, farfalle pasta and equestrian symbols on cheap polyester is a complete divergence from their original brand position which was chic, classic and luxurious. Sizing is ALL OVER THE PLACE especially with banding. And there’s nothing exclusive about the label anymore, with them constantly focusing on and showcasing influencers wearing their items. My latest order still hasn't shipped to Australia after confirmation seven days ago. I notice refunds always take weeks, and I almost always need to initiate contact to speed things up. I’m getting pretty tired of the tacky parts FDM so don’t think I’ll always buy from them, but they still have a few nice designs. Better for my bank account I guess. They need to reposition themselves and stop paying Jenna Lyons so much of their budget to engage in product placement on RHONY.

Bittersweet

Bittersweet. I have been shopping here for years and it has been mostly a pleasure. However, for a little over a year now at least, the quality has declined. The same care they used to tend to packaging is no more. Where silk items used to arrive crisp and ready to wear, now they are a wrinkled mess. To spend hundreds of dollars to have something arrive crammed into a tiny box is ridiculous. The loyalty program also used to be much better. It seems they are cutting costs and corners but still pricing everything the same. It’s true that the colors seem more vibrant on the website as well.

Beautiful brand but the quality is declining

I generally love this brand and have been purchasing Fleur clothing since 2020. However, with my most recent purchase, I noticed the quality has started going downhill. Colors are far more vibrant online and appear to have been boosted with filters for advertising. Also the packaging was terrible - my clothing arrived wadded up and wrinkled.

I'm happy with the purchases I've made over the years, but this will probably be the last time I shop from Fleur.
