Maria was super helpful and understood the predicament we were in when we stopped by the jeweler. She put an immediate rush order to tighten and clean the ring before our engagement party the same day.

I want to thank Ish for making this a lot easier and simpler than I thought it would be by placing a custom order to the US. Overall would recommend to anyone and glad I chose Flawless!

I have just placed an order for a beautiful oval solitaire ring. Online it said the earliest it could be delivered is 4 May however I contacted Ish who was super helpful and spoke with their production manager who is able to post it much sooner. I cannot wait to receive the ring and leave a further review x

I have purchased an engagement ring and wedding rings previously from flawless and was thrilled. I have just bought an eternity ring for my wife. Miles was very patient and helpful in working with me to choose the right ring. I picked up the ring the other week and am really pleased with it, I cannot wait to give it to my Wife. The service I have always received at flawless has been great and Miles ensured this experience was excellent. Each ring I have bought from flawless is beautiful and I could not recommend flawess jewellery enough!

Such a perfect experience with flawless fine jewellery. Serge was so great with us and let me see a few options even though I was quite specific with what I was looking for. He did us a great deal on the setting I was looking for and we ended up with a better clarity diamond than we were originally considering for the same price! Also did the resizing in just over 1 week and organised delivery for a day one of us was home, nothing was too much trouble!

Maria has been absolutely lovely to work with. During the CAD design stage I decided to change the diamond shape after placing my order, and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, and it’s clear she’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.

The ring is still currently being made, but the experience so far has been fantastic. Maria has been patient, responsive, and really helpful in guiding me through the design process. I’ll be sure to come back and update this review once the ring is finished and the proposal has happened, but so far I couldn’t recommend her enough.

My partner and I had an appointment for an engagement ring here and it felt so special. Phawa was excellent! We had been to other appointments and none of them were as detailed and informative as this.
