Phawa was absolutely brilliant in getting me my engagement ring. She explained the benefits of clarity, color, cut and weight perfectly. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Second time being back at this place. After 10 years and don’t think I will go to any other place. I’m yet to have my ring created but if my wedding band is anything to go by, I imagine it will be exceptional. I came in with my husband wanting a unique ring and to be honest was not expecting to walk out of there with having liked any ideas. Ash was absolutely helpful and talked me through what I wanted and was somehow able to envision what I did. Ash was not pushy (which I appreciate). He was very thorough at putting together my requirements and I cannot wait for the finished product. Thank you so much Ash.

Note: they even create moulds of rings before they create the final product so you can see what it might look like, try it on etc - which I think it absolutely brilliant!

I had a great experience working with Miles at Flawless Jewellers. He helped me select a stone for an engagement ring, which was a very specific piece I’d been searching for. Miles was patient throughout the process and used his expertise to guide me through the options without any pressure. I really appreciated his knowledgeable approach and would definitely recommend seeing him.

UPDATE: The post customer service exoerience has been really disappointing. I feel as though we paid our money and then didnt matter any more. It took 2 weeks to get the digital design, and we were told we could easily make edits. One of our requirements was not included on the design and we also requested another change (at our change of mind) it was a small addition. It took a further 2 weeks and us becoming more definite in our contact attempts to receive the updated design. We got no updates along the way at all. Finally the ring was sent by Royal Mail (?!) on a Friday for guaranteed 1pm next day delivery. It didn't arrive until Monday. I am sure the product will be beautiful and well made, and I had intended to get my wedding ring here also, but I would not shop here again due to the disappointing communication and customer service. I hope this feedback can be taken on board and the after sales experience improved upon. It will benefit the company in the long run.

ORIGINAL: We came in today with a vague idea of what we were looking for and Ash was fantastic. He was personable, friendly and informative. After going away for a think, we came back to buy the ring and couldn't be happier. My only small criticism is we were asked to write the review while in store and awaiting the price. Thank you Ash and thank you Flawless for such a wonderful experience.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall. We decided to re-design the initial ring we chose. Kishan was particularly helpful throughout the process, offering a follow up appointment and keeping us updated whilst the ring was being made. Massive thanks again to the whole team, we are delighted with the ring!

Extremely disappointing service. Would not recommend. Communication via WhatsApp is a nightmare—replies take days, and you had to chase them for even the most basic details. They seem to act as a slow middleman with no real control over their inventory. For a purchase of several thousand pounds, the lack of transparency and the 'wait-and-see' attitude is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect professional service, go elsewhere.

Had an appointment with Maria today to design an engagement ring. She was incredibly helpful guiding myself through the various options whilst working within the budget. It was personal and I never got pressured to spend more. Ended up with a beautiful ring. Would 100% recommend!

He helped me to choose a ring that was perfect and he paid great attention to detail throughout the process, with very swift communication throughout. Maria has been outstanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the journey of purchasing an engagement ring. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend an in person appointment, so everything has had to be done online, but with excellent communication and an incredible amount of patience on Maria's part, we found and customised the perfect ring.
