Had an appointment today with Dan & wow he was unbelievably helpful. I can’t thank him enough I came out of the appointment with my dream ring because he was so patient with me and went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Kishan and his colleagues (Ish, Ash and Serge) provided a fantastic and immaculate service to my fiancée and me. She and I had visited multiple jewellers before finally finding Flawless Fine Jewellery, thanks to other very positive reviews online. As promised, my fiancée got exactly the care and treatment she wanted when designing her bespoke ring, thanks to Kishan. He was purely focused on what she wanted and was best for her.

He then helped me with my cover stories, claiming that the ring had been delayed to ensure my fiancée never suspected the surprise proposal I had planned. Thanks to him, my proposal was exactly what I envisioned, if not better!

He is a clearly dedicated worker, and I will be recommending him and Flawless Fine Jewellery to all my friends and family.

Flawless Fine Jewellery are the absolute best, really listen to your vision, accommodate your requests. Daniel is amazing, he has made my perfect ring and getting me a wedding band to match. He is great at using technology for you to be able to see what the ring would look like before you agree to it. No complaints at all, would highly recommend.

Second time being back at this place. After 10 years and don’t think I will go to any other place. I’m yet to have my ring created but if my wedding band is anything to go by, I imagine it will be exceptional. I came in with my husband wanting a unique ring and to be honest was not expecting to walk out of there with having liked any ideas. Ash was absolutely helpful and talked me through what I wanted and was somehow able to envision what I did. Ash was not pushy (which I appreciate). Note: they even create moulds of rings before they create the final product so you can see what it might look like, try it on etc - which I think it absolutely brilliant!
