If a reward is delayed or has been blocked please get in touch with our team by replying to your claim ticket. As of right now, we don't see that you've reached out to our team. The redemption link was sent, however, the redemption was flagged. For security reasons and to prevent fraud, if you attempt to redeem with an anonymous IP address an IP that has confirmed abuse across our network or an IP that is not in your geolocation, there may be a delay for review. We reserve the right to revoke rewards if a review reveals violations of our Terms and Conditions.

It's real, I cashed out at £5 as I was skeptical, but I wish I'd done more deals, I now have to wait 60 days to do another 😔

Don’t hold your breath
Diligently completed all deals up to Level 3. The last game I completed did not register as complete, even after the 5 day grace period. I emailed customer support 2x over a 4 week period. I’ve zero correspondence back to either of my queries & the deal is still registered as ‘in progress’. Very disappointing!
**And to address Flash Rewards response to this review. I have no records of any contact from them either via email or any other method. Go Figure.

second year completing flash rewards
This is my second year completing flash rewards. Great way to help towards the cost of Christmas. I completed to level 5 gaining a £500 Amazon voucher. Played games only for all my levels. As long as it is a year since you last played them and you start them again it will track. Only problem I had was using works wifi to play a game in my break which then meant it didn’t track. Once I knew this I just played them at home and no other problem. Cashed out and received my voucher the same day. Thanks

Asked for support numerous times via email and member support regarding ID verification, but each time just got a generic response with no actual help provided. Needless to say my ID could not be verified and I lost the credit I’d accrued. A waste of time.

I got duped out of the £250 and had to…
I got duped out of the £250 and had to settle for the £100 even though I completed the necessary rewards. They told me I didn’t qualify for the last level ones because I had a proxy or a VPN?! This is my first time using so I would have no reason to do that? I didn’t even know what a proxie was until I googled it! I won’t be doing it again it was an absolute faff and customer services were really unhelpful. I’ve had a lot of back and forth trying to understand why else they may have rejected those last ones as I had genuine proof of various money coming out of my account, completing levels etc and triple checked there was no vpn in use including the Apple one (I had to google to check!) and they just copied and pasted messages to me saying ‘sorry you don’t agree with our t’s and c’s’…even though I’ve not done anything!
I used the same email address and haven’t changed anything since I started the process (and wouldn’t even know how to use a VPN or a proxy!) - feel as though they were never going to give it in the first place and I had to just cash out at £100

Absolutely terrible
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Lies at every turn and a constant stream of emails and texts trying to drive the consumer to join betting sites. Furthermore it requires downloading games that must be played to a certain level within 60 days to receive credit.
Since signing up I’ve been tortured with sales calls, spam and phishing attempts. Furthermore, I have been bombarded with unsolicited contact from unscrupulous grifters.
Lastly, if you do manage to earn one of the prepaid cards worth any value you’ll find significant friction introduced into the process to make it more difficult to claim your money.

To clarify on a few points; the consumer may play whichever games, surveys, setc they choose within the correct tier needed for the reward. Your concerns about the handling of personal information are taken very seriously. You may often see a check box that says "I agree to be contacted by..." we suggest making sure that is unchecked if you don't want to be contacted by the partner services. Great little earner!
Withdrawal process was simple and easy! There were enough games to choose from & I enjoyed most of them & after all the credits were attained I was simply directed to cash out & within 2 days I had my Uber Card.

Not necessarily a scam
Not necessarily a scam. But will try to make you sign up for subscriptions. And to complete some tasks will cost you. Not the best to recognize once you complete your task.
Even after all that you will have to chase em down for your gift card, not the PayPal money.

This company is becoming a joke I've completed this program for the past 4 years now. This year I started on the 1st October completed level 1 2 and 3 but can't complete level 4 and 5 as the deals have not changed I contacted customer support who says deals are updated regularly after 2 week I'm still waiting on new deals being added. It's clear returning customers can't continue to complete the program.
Update
4 weeks later and still no new deals added this is becoming impossible as I only have 60 days to complete.
