Excellent Service, Quick Delivery
This was a reorder of a previous item. I simply sent an email requesting the same item with a quantity. In all the transaction was completed within a few minutes at most, design confirmed, etc. The order arrived earlier than promised with confirmation.

Easy to work with & reasonable
Stephanie at FlashCoast not only responds quickly, gives us exactly what we need, but she also goes above and beyond by reminding me of projects and helping to keep us on a timeline. I know I can count on her even with time sensitive projects.

Super fast, accurate delivery. Easy order process. Great customer service.
I'm always pleased when working with Flash Coast. Their customer service is great (Stephanie W is my go-to!), the ordering process is easy, delivery very fast, the quality of the drives I order has been very good, and the pricing is VERY competitive They let me know when production holidays are coming up so I can avoid delivery delays. I've used Flash Coast a dozen times and will continue to use them for the USB drives we provide to my customers and business partners.

The jump drives look great -- quality is awesome, but promised delivery date was missed...not a huge deal...but enough to drop it down a star.

Besvarelse fra FlashCoast a Promodealer Company
Hi Dan!
Thanks for taking the time to review us. When requesting the price on multiple quantities and/or styles, it is common for us to provide the price list and breakdown prior to making a formal quote. This eliminates the possibility of paying for and receiving the wrong order. In order to help us provide you with better service, we need to have sufficient information to be able to quote properly. We do see here you have ordered multiple times and we definitely appreciate your business. If it makes it easier, in the future please request a pricelist to assist in your budgeting needs!
~~The FlashCoast Team
Excellent quality and service.
The drives look professional and sturdy.
