From the first email to the final product in my hands, it took two weeks. We are based in NZ and I was working with Christian from Australia, and I was highly impressed with the prompt replies from Christian and quick turn around delivery. The product itself disappeared quick and was popular, that we ordered more and received the same level of service. Once the product was received, Christian followed up again to check we had received it at our end and if we were satisfied with the end result. I have shared Flashbays details with my colleagues and friends in the same line of business. We are beyond happy with Flashbay!

It was absolutely great dealing with Wesley and he provided the most exceptional service I've ever received from any supplier. Personalised USB with pre-loading
Erwan was very helpful in my initial query all the way to deliery of finished product. There were some delays on our end which he handled really well. His responses were very quick & informative and the pricing was also very competitive compared to other options on the market.
