VIP account cancellation

Apparently I’d signed up for a VIP account that I knew nothing about. I had 8.99 taken from my account each month for 3 months following a purchase I made in July.
I contacted them once I’d discovered the deductions and they refunded the amounts and closed the account I didn’t realise I’d signed up for. It may have been my fault although I don’t think it was made clear at the point I made the purchase. Anyway , they swiftly sorted out the issue which i was grateful for.

I wanted to cancel my order and it has been done quickly so I am pleased .My emails were answered promptly and there were no delays -on the order email there is a 24 hr cancellation policy and FlashDiscount has honoured it ,thankyou .

Eventual support

After a slow start in responding to me, when they did , they were helpful and I appreciate that, with the partial refund they offered, as the boots were not as described ( no orthopaedic arch support- and not sure that the boot is made of real leather either. )
I will say that after I placed my order, I did not get a confirmation email for quite awhile which really worried me. I hope in future they will respond straight away with an email confirmation of people’s order and the amount paid. Also not adding nearly £5 in warranty to the order.(I don’t remember asking for this.) . But at least they responded to my concerns and agreed a way forward to put things straight.

Absolutely awful item was nothing like…

Absolutely awful item was nothing like described it was broken and when I asked for a refund I got told there is no point as I need to return it to china and that’s more then the item cost STAY WELL AWAY

Unhappy

They took out £4.12out of my account without my permission for insurance of which I did not order, and I am still waiting for refund. Also the nano car scratch spray I ordered does not do as there video shows, it does not cover scratches as they show. Would not buy from them again.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Package arrived damaged had been left out in the rain. Money taken from my bank account following my initial purchase/account debited for no reason. Emailed twice and tried to telephone for an explanation - no response to either methods of communication.

Beware of small print

I purchased an item which I later returned as it was of extremely poor quality. As part of the purchase there is a clause in the small print that signs you to a discount scheme which involves an initial payment of £14.99 followed by monthly payments of £8.99. They agreed to refund me but have not and have continued to take monthly payments.

I am having severe issues with Flash…

I am having severe issues with Flash Discount, I ordered goods in September I received confirmation that all was Ok. In October i raised a query that more order appeared to have stumbled on the 16th as no further tracking info appeared, to date 05th November the goods have not arrived and I cannot make any contact with flash discount i have e-mailed suppler and telephoned to no avail

Update.........06.11.25.... have submitted more detail as requested and still not heard anything from them, i have again e-mailed them with all the issues, i am contacting trading standards, this is no longer a joke I will be seeking further advice tomorrow.
