Extremely poor products
Extremely poor products. I bought shoes from them, they sent me a very poor product, number 8 instead of number 9.5.
Took long time, no tracking number. Now I have to return it to China as they have no warehouse in UK or Europe
In addition they charged me £5 extra for a membership that I did not ask for or accepted. Now they say send the poor product to China on my own expenses to get refund. They have wasted my 14 days.

Unauthorised payment
Although receiving emails to advised purchased product is being processed for delivery nothing has been finalised.
They also tried to take additional unauthorised £16.09 warranty chage stopped by my bank, who have now blocked my account as suspected fraud. Customer support advised that l had 'checked' this when ordering goods. I had not, no where on the web site is there any reference to a warranty charge and it does not show under your final basket. I have emailed the company several times requesting confirmation that this amount is cancelled but as yet have to receive a reply.
