I’m have never been contacted by Flare HR nor have I given anyone permission to use or indicate some authority on my behalf.
Who are these people and where did they get information regarding and employee.

The wrong year car was delivered…
The wrong year car was delivered without tinting, and now paperwork and credits to my flare account are all over the place, wrong floor Matt's delivered and know have to chase up.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend, nothing against the sales reps but overall poor customer experience. Unresponsive and no follow ups or guidance on next steps. Car dealership has called me personally to inform me about the unresponsiveness of Lease Provider (Flare). Customer service also seem untrained and not certain about their own processes.
I guess this lease will go ahead, but in the future I will go with another lease provider.

He's done a great miracle to turn things around in just a couple of weeks' time. Great experience overall especially I needed this car following a car accident - silver lining!

Arthur was helping us with the purchase of 2 new cars. Dealing with him was fantastic, I would highly recommend him and Flare to anyone else.
Level of service was less than average…Disappointed.
I found the level of service to be disappointing. Throughout the process, the staff seemed uninterested in providing assistance beyond the absolute basics. I found that they were unable to clearly explain the numbers involved in the transaction and often did not have the necessary information on hand.
As a result, I had to find the dealership, the car and negotiate the price myself. Additionally, I found it quite difficult to reach the team at various points during the process. The service was so slow at times , that I missed out on one of the cars because of the lag.
If I had a choice, I would have gone with another company (I found out that we are affiliated with another leasing company, which I found out after the fact).
I hope this feedback is helpful in improving your customer service standards moving forward.
