I ordered 2 pair of pajamas from this company. By the time I received them, I had almost decided on a different pair from another company, so I emailed the company to request an RA (return authorization). I was only going to return one pair of pajamas, but because they took so long (and multiple emails) to respond, I decided to return both pair. I shipped them back via USPS with tracking, and they were received by the company a few days later. I waited 10 business days before contacting them to ask about my refund, sharing the tracking number and the date the return was received, and they didn't reply. I followed up a week later, and still no reply. I followed up another week later, and still no reply. There is no phone number to be found anywhere on their website, so I have no other way to contact them. I have since filed a claim with my credit card, and they are investigating, so hopefully I will eventually get a refund. But I will never purchase from this company again, and I am telling everyone I know not to either. It's a shame because their product is decent, even though overpriced, but it's not worth the hassle and I don't want to support a company that doesn't value its customers.
