Ordered Iver 3 weeks ago 3 magnetic rabbit phone stands. Delivered to wrong address. Even though I'd changed it. And made sure it got to me as I slso diverted it to my neighbours. Poor service and company. I've messaged no reply as of yet. Not happy. Wo t be ordering again.

Ordered a Men's Cardigan, which looked great in the photo. I ordered an XL, but when it came, it was suitable for my 10 yr old grandson. After contacting the Customer Support, they advised me to send it back (at my own expense) for a refund. As you may have guessed, I never received the refund. This company is a total scam!!

Worst place iv ever shopped .I never got my items.didnt reply to any of my messages .only got a refund through PayPal.im now going to trading standards .as they are just a scam company making money out of people and not sending goods .every one should report this bogus scam company .hope this helps any one who is thinking of buying from flameday..hope karma bites your ass

Ordered two shirts, which eventually came. The quality was crap, no semblance of cotton, as advertised. We should all learn a valuable lesson, and don't buy anything which has a Chinese connection. They are robbing bent company I have asked for details of how to return but of course no respons

Ive had to leave a 1 as there is no minus review . Ordered my baubles well before and they came today 29th dec . And in a plastic bag . 1 bauble is all squashed and the other is missing a ribbon and a little angel ..so i wont be giving them to anyone now KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .THEY ARE CRAP.

If I could give a minus review I would ordered my item on the 8th of December and still a no show also no response to the emails i have sent as well which is the only way to contact flameday avoid!!!!!!

Ordered on 3rd December. Gifts for Christmas. Sent tracking information which is an Italian website and the number does not exist. I’ve emailed several times and no response. £20 may not be a lot but it is when I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Sadly I didn’t read these reviews until it was too late. Scammers!

Was unsure of ordering based on reviews, but my order turned up even though I had trouble with tracking my order, and is everything the what I expected, I ordered some toddler shoes for my granddaughter and they are exactly as the picture in the website

I can’t give no stars it won’t allow. Order placed, money taken, emails after emails and nothing in reply. PATHETIC!

Paid for goods 23 days ago and l have received nothing or any correspondence.still not received goods order 30 November £56 taken

Do not use!! This is a fraud. I ordered presents for Christmas on 4 December and the money was taken immediately. No goods received 3 weeks on, and no response to multiple e-mails or direct contacts on their website to trace the order. Not a single message since on this purchase.

Absolute Joke! Don't reply to emails via customer service and still haven't received my order 3 weeks later! Will be making complaint. Need shutting down

Ordered on 20 November and nothing received on 10 December. I will be contacting the bank for a refund.

Order a large lunch box set, money went straight out of my account, 4 weeks no delivery, when email chasing, no reply, no telephone number to contact them, eventually a single small tin arrived, tried to send it back all contact ignored, TOTAL SCAMMERS people an companies like these should rot in hell - avoid at all cost

Like everyone else I wish I’d read the reviews. The product I ordered arrived damaged and poor quality. I have been offered 50% refund. I have asked for a full refund, but going by previous reviews that’s probably the last I’ll hear from them. DO NOT USE and pass this message on wherever you see their adverts

Liars and scammers! I ordered a lunch box for £13.99 with shipping costing £2.99, which was advertised as three with a bag but I only got one small without a bag, and when I emailed them on the website I got no response. I ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Poor quality lunch box, advertised as a pack in a bag, but came as a single small bowl.
Actually, exorbitant for a small bowl for over £11.
Let me know how I can return items and claim refund

Placed an order for two shirts on the 6th October, arrived THREE weeks later. They in no way resembled the online photos, different (and very cheap) material and different colours. Also at least two sizes too small. When I complained they offered me a 50% discount and asked me to keep the items. When I declined they suggested that I should return the items to their supplier in China, at my expense. The cost of that would be higher than the full refund. Absolute charlatans and should be closed down.

NOT VERY HONEST ..... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ...... NOT AS ADVERTISED...... NICE PICTURES OF PRODUCTS ... BUT REALLY POOR QUILTY.
