Amo mis zapatos tengo como 7 solo que las últimas que he comprado me han llegado en la misma talla pero más pequeñas y como soy d Ecuador se me dificultó el cambio d talla! Siento que han modificado las tallas y q en unos modelos son más grandes y en otros más pequeñas! Sugiero que hagan las tallas más exactas y siempre iguales porq es difícil comprar sin probarse! De hecho dos de las que compré tuve q venderlas porque siendo talla 39 no me entraba el pie! Y las otras Mafaldas que compré dos tallan diferentes de la otra que ya tenía!

My experience with Flabelus has been very positive. The support team was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. My Mary Janes are amazing and extremely comfortable. If there is one thing to watch out for, it is the fit. They definitely run true to size, if not a bit on the smaller side. If you are between sizes or prefer a little extra toe room, I’d recommend sizing up.
Shockingly bad customer service if you have an issue with an online order. Only purchase in store
The shoes look very nice and seem to be good quality, but the customer service is aaaaaawful! Definitely don't buy them online, go to a store if you're curious about them. I bought a pair online in 2024, they were too small, so I wanted to send them back. I used their Reveni system, which takes postage payment from your refund total, and went to drop them off at the only GLS location in the city I lived in at the time, and they no longer accept GLS parcels. I contacted Flabelus about this to ask them to reimburse me for the postage so I could pay to post them with another carrier, and they would not help me out, and after weeks of back and forth I posted them via GLS when I visited Dublin for the day.
I ordered another pair in October 2025, a size larger than I did previously, and they sent me the wrong size. They offered an exchange for the correct size, but I didn't trust that this would turn out well, so I just wanted them collected and be done with their online ordering. They said that they would arrange collection for the shoes, and four months on I am STILL waiting for them to be collected. I moved house in the meantime, gave them my new address, and they arranged two collections from my old address, and it was only because I thought to ask them if they had updated my address that I found this out, otherwise they would have kept trying to collect from my old address. They also keep replying to my postage issue thread from my 2024 order, so every now and then they cite the old order number when responding to one of my follow up emails saying that the collection was arranged in 2024 and apologise for the delay (even though I can see from the tracking information that it was delivered to them, so why the hell can't they see this??), so I have absolutely no idea if the shoes will ever be collected and if I will ever get my refund because they just can't seem to coordinate their information in the customer service team. Their reply times are also so sporadic; sometimes you get an immediate response, and then even if you reply straight away it can take days to get another reply. There's just no consistency and it makes for such an incredibly frustrating experience.
Terrible
Terrible! The shoes I was sent were defective and clearly worn by someone else. They were dirty and there was loose cotton coming from all over the place. When I’ve tried to email about a return they haven’t returned my email. These were for my wedding. I am so disappointed.

Beautiful shoes, super helpful and responsive company
Firstly the shoes are really, really beautiful. I bought some slippers after my barefoot house habits resulted in a tiny shard of glass getting stuck in my foot, requiring two trips to A&E. Every time I look down at the slippers they make me feel happy and luxurious. I am not precious about them and wear them most days as I get on with messy daily life (animals and children) and two months in they are still looking perfect.
There were some issues with delivery (not caused by Flabelus and probably because of the busy Christmas period) and customer service went above and beyond to make sure I received them. Super helpful and responsive. After this I bought some for my partner and they arrived very quickly.

I have had a terrible experience
I have had a terrible experience. I ordered the shoes for my daughter's birthday however, they have still not arrived after two and a half weeks. I have raised this with Flabelus and requested a refund because I have had to purchase an alternative gift (they were £170!) but Flabelus have informed me that I have to wait for them to arrive and then send them back before I will be refunded. At the moment Flabelus are not able to inform me where my shoes are or when they might be expected to be delivered so it could take many more weeks for this to be resolved.

I spent hours trying to place an order on line. The site kept blinking and delaying response. I could delete one day when ordering 5 pairs of shoes and wanting 4. The next day it was correct but in my hurry to place order it had gone back up to 5 and I didn’t catch it before I pushed send. Noticed my error 2 minutes later. Called. Texted. Over and over I texted.
Now they are charging me $38 to return the extra pair. Plus it doesn’t fit like the others. The 41 is so much tighter than the rest of my order for 41’s. Completely frustrated. Would not recommend buying on line
